Acrobat Pro DC Freeze/ Unable to Uninstall

I have a Macbook Pro and i download a free trial of Acrobat Pro DC couple of month ago from adobe website with login name my trial is over and since then. I can't uninstall the program it's just freeze i am unable to log out or do anything during the trial he used to work perfectly fine.

I can't do anything except hiding it" only option available.  It's very annoying. I try to restart it nothing. Need some help please.

By mistake because of my frustration i erased the uninstaller file from adobe.
