Bonjour,Je constate un bug d'affichage sur la version acrobat reader DC sur MacOS. Le rendu des fichiers 3D activables ne se fait pas à la bonne taille (taille deux fois plus petite). Pour un même fichier, le problème n'apparait que sur acrobat reader DC (pas sur acrobat sur MacOS, ni sur Acrobat Reader DC sur Windows). 

Hi All So I'm looking into something on behalf of an organisational user. When they send a PDF to print to a plotter, it tries to flatten the image but errors out straight away. It only happens on their profile as I tested on my admin account and it worked fine. Other users are okay with the feature just this one user has the problem. I did recreate their windows profile but this time the flattening errored out with the same issue but at 70% instead of straight away. Other troubleshooting steps I have taken are: - Installed latest reader version- Turned of enhanced security / protected mode- Print as an Image----Errors:- The Document could not be printed- An Error Occured---System Specification- Adobe Acrobat Reader version: 22.00320282- Windows 10 21H2 Enterprise

Hello, I created a 'Submit for Review' button on a document of mine where the user hits that button and it should pull up a window to email the pdf to predetermined email addresses. The button works great on my computer and another users computer. I had two other users try it, but the button would not work (all the other buttons do function properly). I had them repair Office and Adobe and both worked great. However I have other users that it still is not working right for them. I've verified they have an email linked to their Adobe and they are signed in through both Outlook and Adobe. They all are running the free Adobe DC version. I have Pro. The button utilizes javascript to send the email. I looked through a bunch of threads but wasn't able to figure it out. Any suggestions on why the button isn't functioning on their systems? Thanks!

Hi, I downloaded the last version of the Adobe Reader MUI from the following website: Adobe – Verteilung von Adobe Acrobat Reader DC If I try to select multiple languages during installation with Parameter LANG_LIST I get the following error: Also with the Acrobat Customization Wizard if I select the MSI I cannot select the languages to install.  Is there any solution for that? Thanks 

How do I contact Adobe? Theire website proudly states that you can talk to a person, but I've spent over an hour trying (and failing) to find so much as an email address. Does anyone have an email address I could use? Their chat function doesn't appear to be functional (or I just can't find it) and I don't exactly want to call them, I'd rather just do it by email. I live in the UK, if its relevant. Thanks, Joshua

When I open my local Acrobat Reader, I don't see an option to open my files stored in Adobe Cloud.I am logged in to my Adobe account. I see my files in other Adobe tools.How to fix it? I reinstalled Adobe Reader alreadyThank you for any help/suggestion

The latest update (2022.003.20310) introduced a change: "Acrobat detects a blank sticky note added and removes it" (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/whats-new.html) The sticky note remains there only if text is added to it immediately after creation before clicking somewhere else on the document. This is a terrible idea. How to disable the behavior?  

 I am working on a beamer presentation. In one of the frames i need to insert an MP4 video. I tried using the package movie15. I open this pdf in Adobe reader Version 2022.003.20310 and try to run the embedded video, however i keep getting this message "Acrobat has encountered an error while playing this media clip:" and couldn't run the video. However, in foxit Reader the embedded video runs so well, and even i have another version of adobe reader (Version 2022.003.20263) on another laptop, the video run so well there. Hi All,So i installed the latest Version of Adobe Reader DC (18) Free Version on my Windows 10. My OS is set to german. If i open Adobe and set the language option to "Same as OS" or "Choose at startup", nothing will change. The only language it shows is english.How can i change the language?Kind Regards,

Hallo,ich habe seit Oktober (nach dem neuen großen Update) ein Problem mit Acrobat.Auf meinem Windows-Laptop kriege ich fast jedes Mal wenn ich eine pdf öffnen will die Nachricht "An internal error occurred". Manchmal öffnet sich die Datei gar nicht, manchmal nur sehr sehr langsam. Auch dasVerschieben einer pdf-Datei funktioniert oftmals überhaupt nicht. Ich habe schon einige Male versucht Acrobat neu zu installieren und Updates über diesen Link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousoct2022qfe.html#dccontinuousocttwentytwentytwoqfe zu installieren. Auch habe ich einige andere Fixes der Community bereits ausprobiert, jedoch funktioniert es immer noch nicht und das schon seit Monaten. In meiner Creative Cloud App gab es aber auch schon seit ca. Oktober kein Update mehr. Hoffentlich ändert sich das bald. Ansonsten hoffe ich, dass man mir trotzdem schon mal helfen kann.  Vielen Dank im vorraus.

How can we activate the calculated fields in a fillable pdf on Chrome os? To be compliant we need to use a fillable form (PDF) with calculated fields. We can fill in the fields but the calculated fields do not calculate , so they stay at 0.We work on Chrome OS.How can we use this fillable form and activate the calculated fields on Chrome OS?  

A pdf I filed has been sealed by Adobe with a password I didn't want and don't know. How can I open the file?

Hi everyone, Whenever I right-click on a PDF file in a document library in our SharePoint 2016 farm, and click on "Open in Adobe Acrobat or Reader X", I get the error message "We're sorry we couldn't find a program to open this document". I'm trying to open the PDF file in my locally installed Adobe application. I do not want to open it in a new tab in the browser. I tried this with different PDF files, in different document libraries, in different SharePoint site collections. I'm working on a Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit version 1909. I've tried this with Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Both we're set as the default program for PDF files when they were installed seperately. I'm getting this message on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera. However, it does work when I'm using Internet Explorer. Is this because there is a 32-bit add-on for Adobe Acrobat SharePoint OpenDocuments Component, but not a 64-bit version of the same add-on?  With kind regards, Richy

this is really frustrating..1: i keep getting "internal error occured"2: i'm not able to create a text box.3: pdf doesn't open from the direct file link. i have to open the program first then open the file.4:i can't copy/paste or move a text box within pages.i have reinstalled, done that security options "fix" cleaned it with creative cloud cleaner and adobe cleaner.yet it's still broken.....

Eu utilizo com  muita frequência a assinatura digital por órgão certificado e assino documentos em arquivo .pdf utilizando cartão e senha.Para assinar os arquivos eu preciso clicar muitas vezes e gostaria de simplificar o acesso.Atualmente, é necessário clicar em “mais ferramentas”, rolar a barra para clicar em “certificados”, depois clicar em “assinar digitalmente” e abrir a janela para inserir a assinatura digital.Como eu faço para inserir um atalho dea etapa “assinar digitalmente” na página principal do Adobe Reader?
