Hai..Im using Adobe Reader XI, I have a pdf file that contain the fillable textbox.When I open with Adobe Reader XI in Windows 10, the text box cant be filled, and it can't selected too.I'll try with Adobe Reader DC, but the problem still exist.This is the security option in my File. Then I'll try to use another software and open that file.The fillable text box can be filled correctly.  Is there any setting / configuration that should I do ? Thank you

I am running Adobe Reader DC on an iMac (OS Monterey 12.1), it's normally fine, but now as soon as I open the app it freezes and I can't do anything with it at all. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and deleting files in the Library folder, but it still freezes every time. Any suggestions welcome!

Hi,I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC on Windows 10. I started having some problems in it, so I tried to uninstall it but it came back with this error saying Error 1402 Could not open key and then it lists this really huge number. I attached it to this post. So, I tried the Acrobat Cleaner from Adobe Labs, but it would just sit there with the message "Please wait while the product is being cleaned". I waited 30 minutes on this, but eventually closed it. Now, when I try and reinstall the regular version I get an error saying that I have a newer version. So, I downloaded the Enterprise edition and tried to install it, and I got an error 1402 again. I don't know if any of my antivirus software is causing a conflict, but I have no idea. I've attached all the error messages so hopefully an Adobe rep can diagnose this.Thanks!

Hey guys I was wondering if someone can help me with this issue...Every time I start the acrobat reader app a window pops up with a prompt "Work with PDFs while browsing the web." See the screenshot.As far as I can tell it is not possible to exit out of this popup window and use the app. All of the controls in the pop-up do not work - The X in the upper-right - The Continue Button - The Learn More link - The checkbox The Application won't quit or minimize- I have to use the Mac's Force Quit to exit out of the app.I'm on Mac oS Monterey and my device is a MI Macbook Air that I purchased a few days ago.  I know the issue is not with the mac itself as this mac is brand new and I was using this app perfectly for the past three days and this issue just started today.I've uninstalled and re-installed the application. No change. Thanks for your help! 

Hi, I downloaded Acrobat Reader on my Android phone. After installing the application, it closes immediately. I cannot open any documents in it. Please tell me what should I do about it?­ ­ 

No puedo instalar Adobe gratuito en mi iPad Air, me quedo donde dice: haga doble clic en el instalador, no se donde está el instalador, y si hago doble clic no pasa nada. Lo tuve instalado antes pero no veía como firmar con certificado digital, no veía la opción herramientas, así que lo eliminé por si estaba mal instalado.         

Using Adobe Reader on my Mac. Fill and sign is not showing kanji when typed. It's showing other characters like hiragana and katakana, but for kanji it's not showing. Hallo,wir haben in unserem Unternehmen Fehlererscheinungen beim digitalen Signieren von PDFs. Der Reader stürtzt dabei ab, die Anwendung wird schwarz. Erst durch einen Neustart des Adobe Reader Dienstes wird die Anwendung wieder funktionsfähig.Vielleicht hat Jemand einen Ansatzpunkt, wo der Fehler zu suchen wäre. I made a pdf with hidden sections that can be revealed when you click on them. It works when I am using adobe reader on my pc but when those pdfs are opened on my mobile adobe reader or in the browser the hidden sections won’t turn transparent. They just won't respond when I tab on them and they stay grey. Easiest way to explain to show you an example with a link to my public google drive. We have a form created in LiveCycle Designer that has expandable forms/textboxes.  In the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2021.011.20039) both 32 and 64 bit, the application crashes with a "Software Failure" error after you type in the textbox while the application is trying to expand it (it also takes the software a relatively long time to expand the box).  This occurs in all different places in the document (it is not a corrupt control).  If I download and install the Foxit Reader, that application has no problem (no errors) with the expandable textboxes on the form.  Has anyone else encountered this?

I, and my co-workers, possibly since the latest update, have been unable to view certain PDF pages properly, in that only the comments on the page will show, and none of the original PDF.We have found that, if we open said PDF in a browser, it displays properly.  Then, rather curiously, if we save that PDF from the browser, that version will then display correctly when opened in Acrobat Reader.I have tried various settings, though not exhaustively, but none of them will open that first annotated PDF and display it properly. I have attached an image of what we see, and one of what we should see.Hopefully someone can help with this.TIA

Hey good afternoon, The fillable text portion creates text that is too large and it makes it unable to properly read what is written. Whenever I go to change the text through the edit menu it only changes the text around it and warps the text even worse.  I am just trying to change the text size of the fillable portions and I am having a complete headache doing so. This is extremely frustrating and my computer has already heard a few curses underneath my breath. I cannot for the life of me understand how something so simple must be so complicated. Thank you ahead of time to anyone who can help.

Hello, For the past few weeks, I have suddenly encountered problems printing PDF's that use Adobe reader.I continually get a pop up box saying 'Printer proxy quit unexpectedly'. I have tried deleting Adobe and reinstalling it several times to no avail. I have checked that Java is enabled and that the 'block cross-site tracking' in security is NOT turned on. I'm not sure why I am encountering this problem now when I have used it without trouble in the past. Could it have something to do with one of the updates I have installed on my MAC recently? Can anyone reccomend other possible solutions?
