Hi thereIs there any setting to switch off the bounding box when drawing with the pencil tool as soon as you draw?The previous versions did not have this issue and it is problematic for the work we do.

Hello, I just received a distribution agreement for Adobe Reader, but the date seems incorrect. "In addition to and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section of the Agreement, the Term of the Agreement and this Exhibit B, solely with respect to Adobe Runtimes, is for one (1) year from the Effective Date or until December 31, 2020 (whichever is sooner) unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 12 of the Agreement (the "Adobe Runtime Term")."

We have 2 Windows application servers that many people remote into via RDS. On just one of the two Acrobat Reader keeps upgrading automatically to the Pro version, preventing remote users from viewing PDFs in our published applications.Does anyone know how to prevent Reader from upgrading?

This has never happened before; however, when I tried to save the edited adobe file, the "save as" page is blank. I waited for 1 min just in case it's loading, but still, just blank page. Please help!

Hello,I'm troubleshooting for a user at our company.Several times a day, her Windows 10 (version 20H2) resets the default PDF association to Edge.If she changes the association back to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it sticks for an indeterminate amount of time, then Windows pops up another notification saying an error occurred and the PDF file extension was associated to Edge.I've tried setting the association via the file properties dialog, and also through Default Apps in Settings>Apps>Default Apps. I also tried setting the option in Edge to always open PDF files externally... no luck.When that didn't work (the association reset again after I finished the session on her computer), I later tried re-installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.I've read countless forums about this issue, and most posts seem to be from as far back as 2015...2018...even some in 2020, but nobody seems to have nailed a solution for this yet.Does anyone have the slightest idea how to stop Windows from exhibiting thi

Hello, I'm using ADOBE Acrobat Reader DC (32Bits) version 2021.007.20099 on RDS Farm and my users tell me that somestimes they cant print PDF from Adobe. They have a Blank page (CF Screenshot). The problem dissappears when they close their sessions and re-open it.    Do you have any ideas ?

I use my personal Adobe Pro account for my work. I have a Macbook Air that the extension works perfectly on, and I'm able to edit PDFs within the browser; however, on my iMac desktop, which is my primary work computer, I can't get the extension to allow me to edit documents. The only thing I can do on the desktop within Chrome is choose whether an icon is displayed that allows the document to be opened in the Adobe desktop app. Below, I've attached a screenshot of what options are displayed when I click the extension icon on the desktop. Chrome, Adobe apps, and the Adobe extension are all fully updated; the only difference is that the laptop is running the most recent OSX, Monterey, and the desktop is like a month too old to be able to run the new one, so it's still on Big Sur. 

I am on Windows 10 and own an old Acrobat Writer 9 Standard. It appears that due to an update on Acrobat DC, my Writer was removed. So I deleted DC and reinstalled my Writer. Then tried to download DC again, but it now clearly asks to remove all old versions. Now I have to work on the old Writer and cannot run DC in parallel. Is there a way around it? DC is current and preferable, and probably required on some websites, but I don't want to loose my Writer, for which I paid a lot of money years ago. Can I go back to an older DC version? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

First things first I'm running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2021.007.20099 So I've got a User that's trying to look at the comments and when you go to expand, nothing. Just says highlighted comment. I've done the Repair Installation, no joy from that. Is there someone that's resolved this issue before?Regards,Robert  

I'm content with my printer. But now it refuses to print black. I've done a lot. Now I would like to change black text in PDF's in any colour. So I would like to change the colour of all text in a document. I'm not experienced in Acrobat Reader; I tried but didn't succeed. Can anyone help me ?

Hello, I am a graduate student and tried to install the Creative Cloud using my academic login as suggested by my University.  Unfortunately, as I am an online graduate student, I was subsequently told that I probably would not be able to access the Creative Cloud because I was not using the University's servers.  I uninstalled the Creative Cloud program and used the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version that was unsuccessfully associated with my University account.  Unfortunately, when I reinstalled Adobe Acrobat DC and tried to log in with my personal account, I received an "Access Denied" error, as displayed in the attached screenshot.  This error persists even when I click on the "sign in with an Adobe ID" and input my persona;l account credentials.  I need guidance on correcting this error to allow me to log in to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with my personal account.  Any assistance would be appreciated!

One of our customers from Austria uses Adobe Reader DC v2021.001.20155 on a Citrix Environment. She reports that some PDF's which are printed with her redirected printer HP Laserjet Enterprise 500 M551 not get printed completely. Some lines and signatures are missing on the printout.This issue does only appear in Citrix with Adobe Reader DC. When she uses other applications like PDF XChange or Google Chrome or do the print from her local computer the printout is complete. As a workaround she can use the option "print as image" in the advanced options. It also works when she select an other printer.Is this a known issue and can be fixed somehow? 

Can I install Adobe Reader using Mac Monterey OS

Es muy molesto, reinicié mi portatil varias veces, actualicé a la última versión y continúa el error. Ya es estresante estar haciendo tareas y estudiando, pero al ver el funcionamiento de Adobe Reader me estresa aún más.

I use Chrome to download my daily newspaper.  The download shows progress.  In the progress box, I must select "open when done" every time I download.  Is there a way to make the selection permanent?   Thank you

I am unable to open, unshared or delete a previously shared pdf file. There's a notification on the adobe app icon that requires action. When attempting any of those three request I received a message to try later. T
