Hello,Adobe Acrobat doesn't read Arial font and because of that files are empty or falling apart. Program was reinstalled but that doesn't solved the problem.I am sending the screen to show you how does it look like when opening via e-mail (left side) and via Adobe Acrobat (right side).

error message "download initialization error" occurs when I try open the installer for Reader DC. This happens with Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox browsers. My OS is Windows 10, newest version, which I had to completely install a few days ago.

Good Morning.First of all, sorry for my low level of English.A few days ago I installed Adobe Reader DC on all servers in my farm Citrix XenDesktop 7.6. Everything started well but now I have problems with high CPU usage. I have seen that for each user using Reader DC open between 1 and 3 processes with the same name, RdrCEF.exe. This process consumes a lot of memory and sometimes, depending on the PDF file, use much of the CPU causing performance problems in other user sessions on the server .What is this process RdrCEF? Why it is opened several times per user ? And most importantly, how I can prevent this process use as much CPU?I hope someone can help me.Thank you.

Hi, my Adobe reader 'Digital ID and Trusted Certificate Settings' page is greyed out in OSX Big Sur and while I can add a PKCS#11 token, it doesn't reflect in the above page when I click on it. So I can't log in. Can someone help please? Thank you.

When I want send a PDF as an attachment in Outlook, I can't open another PDF until I send the attachment or save the email as a draft. Is there a setting for this? Frustrating to say the least.

Hi All....Before I begin I need to state that I am not a tech savy guy. I am looking for an indivdual developer or perhaps a group of developers to assist me in taking an idea forward. i work in Higher Education as a Senior Lecturer in Education. For a number of years I`ve debated exploring the possibility of adpating the PDF Reader environment  for higher education staff and students. I`ve been informed by Adobe that there development teams dont`t really listen to ideas from the outside community in a one to one pitch like scenario...and gosh I`ve tried. The advice I`ve been given is to come to this community and ask if freelance developers might be interesting in working with me to develop a plug in. At the moment this would be a partnership between myself and the developer, I certainly dont have the money to pay anyone on a contractual basis.....it would essentially be a 50/50 split of profits in the future...Happy to discuss my idea with anyone interested but would need t

Hi,As far as I can see there is no other thread that deals with this question...When I am reading in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I use middle click to scroll (i.e. I need to move my mouse up or down, instead of spinning the scroll wheel). However, if I move my mouse more than about 1 cm, the pages fly past in tremendous speed (at least 3-4 pages per second). Is it possible to reduce this sensitivity?I have tried to reduce windows scroll sensitivity to minimum (1 line at a time), but it does not make a difference as far as I can see. Suggestions?I run Win 10, fully updated. Adobe Acrobat DC 19.012.20035.Regards,Adrian

I have a couple of large pdfs, more than 100MBytes in size that will not open in Acrobat Reader DC Version: 21.1.20155.433178 or Foxit Reader. They both open fine in Edge/Chrome browsers. Acrobat reader intially reports "file is damaged but is being repaired" after open, then after a while reports file is damaged and cannot be repaired. Other but smaller files seem ok in both Readers. Any ideas ? 

Our application is a 32-bit .NET application running on top of the .NET Framework 2.0 for compatibility with some third-party dependencies which it uses.The application takes PDF documents and simply views them, in-situ, within a viewing pane hosted within the main application. This is done by…1. Taking the PDF file from a central location and copying it locally to a temporary area to prevent file locking issues with other users viewing the same document. 2. The viewing pane hosts a .NET WebBrowser control, and interface code (as we have different types of viewer for different types of file). 3. To view the PDF internally within our application, we simply call the Navigate() method of the WebBrowser control, passing it the path and filename of the PDF we wish to view. 4. The PDF file appears within the WebBrowser control allowing the user to see and interact with it. 5. Upon closing we dispose of the PDF by navigating to an empty URL, and then calling WebBrowser.Dis

I have completed a document on Adobe Acrobat Reader and tried to upload it to Adobe Sign.  In doing so, it shows no information I have "filled and signed" from my original document in Adobe Read to Adobe Sign.  The document is completely blank when uploaded to Adobe Sign.  Is there a way to bypass this?

Good Morning,We are having an issue with a user not being able to export a pdf to Excel. The tool itself has just disappeared (from both the side pane and the tools menu).This has only happened to one user, everyone else has the Export tool there. We don't have group policy or regulation for Adobe Reader DC, since there are only a couple of people who need the export feature (which we have already paid for).Please can anyone assist with this?Many thanks.

Recently, whenever I make a sticky note, after finishing typing, the note has a large empty margin at the bottom, and the text itself is severely cropped. When I click on the note, I can read the text again, but if I (or a student I cam giving feedback to) am just scrolling down the doc, I can't read the whole note. Sometimes, when I mouse over the note, it suddenly shows the whole message and stays that way. I'm on Windows 10 and get the problem with Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Reader DC.Here is what it looks like when typing a comment: And after clicking off: The effect is more pronounced on longer comments, hiding roughly half the text.Are others having this issue? How do you address it or work around it?

Hi, I need 32bit Adobe Reader on my Win 10 64bit PC as a 3rd party piece of software won't print with the 64bit version, I've disabled the task scheduler and adobe update service within services on the PC but it keeps updating in the background and whenever I switch off or reboot the PC, Adobe has updated to the 64bit version. Is there somewhere in the registry that I need to disable Adobe? Regards

The VCHCA Wage Calculator for Offer aka the PAAF (an inhouse created PDF utilized throughout HCA) no longer works properly when using the latest version of Adobe PDF. Many of our computers are probably running Adobe Acrobat DC Reader or DC Pro v2021.005.20060 and users don’t have any issues, if they upgrade to v2021.007.20091 (latest version as of 9/16/21) then they are not able to select or enter the date information on the form no matter how you type the information or select it from the pull down and they get error “Please enter 2 digit month, 2 digit day, 2 digit year (Example MM/DD/YY) (see screenshot below)   As of this email I don’t have a solution nor I know if any other forms are affected. For one of the managers that has Adobe Pro updated and needing to complete the form I discovered that he still had the older version of Adobe Reader thus allowing him to complete the form.

As the title says, I can't successfully install Acrobat MIP plugin on Windows 11 (22000.xx). Hello! I am trying to combine PDFs in Reader (as I have done in the past) on my desktop app and it keeps telling me to try the 7-day trial. I can combine PDFs online through my account, but I need to have the ability to do it offline as well. Am I using the wrong app? 

On my Mac, using Acrobat Reader DC, I annotate text: delete, insert, replace or copy and paste, just by opening Tools. Since last week it will not work unless I click on the icon for each task. That is doubling my workload, but of course I can't charge clients for the extra time! Please help before I go crazy!

I donno why Adobe acrobat reader Dc ..is lagging ..after i open the 'comment ' tool ...and it is very hard to scroll and it is lagging while highlighting 

Acrobat Reader and RdrCEF each consumes over 50% CPU on Mac when I just only one pdf file. Could anyone help? Thanks!
