Hello,We have a PDF document that's 95% in Dutch, which show correctly, but there's a little piece in French in between, which doesn't show correctly. After every accent and apostrophe in the French part, there a big space before the text continues (like 2 spaces):Before this we got the popup that we needed to install an Extended Font Package for Reader DC, which we did. We've installed the file FontPack1500720033_XtdAlf_Lang_DC.msi downloaded from Adobe website, but after that we have the problem described here above.I've also updated to the latest version for Adobe Reader DC (2018), but it's the same.Any idea how we can get this to be shown correctly?Kind regards,Jody Wostyn

This is for Adobe Reader DC on Windows 10 Pro x64. If the user hits "Ctrl+F" immediately after starting Adobe Reader DC with a document and performs contextual search for some keyword(s), the results are nonsensical. The search acts weirdly (makes a long delay before producing the first result) and then the entries reported by the search have little or no relation to what was actually searched. Usually, the first letter of the word matches, but the rest doesn't  Also, some portions of the document are not rendered for some reason: they appeared to be covered by a white rectangle (see the screenshot above). I don't know if these two issues are related. I believe the "white rectangle" issue has been present for a while, while "nonsensical search results" issue began to appear relatively recently. Closing the "Find" window and restarting the search again usually makes it work properly. This bug (bugs?) has been present in Adobe Reader DC for quiate a whi

We want to use Acrobat Reader DC 64bit and need the MIP Plug-In (for Windows).On download page here ...  https://helpx.adobe.com/de/acrobat/kb/mip-plugin-download.html... there is no 64bit version. The MIP Plug-In for Acrobat Reader DC isn't working with 64bit Acrobat Reader DC and when I open a protected pdf file a get a link to just this download page.Is there a 64bit MIP Plug-In? Where? I used to be able to print .pdf files using the free Reader app on my 2012 Apple Macmini, but that function now fails.The machine is running High Sierra, OS X 10.13.6. and I can use Reader to open .pdf files without any problem and the File/Print option is available in the menu options.However, when trying to print I receive an error message that printing has "Stopped, Can't open private/var/spool/cups/tmp/abc123xxx" My investigations have confirmed the same files can be printed succesfully using Apple's built-in Preview app, confirming that the document, printer and file are good.I can also confirm other documents from Pages, Word and emails print quite happily from the same machine and printer setup, again localising the issue to Reader itself.There appear to be no new updates for Reader, and I note other forum entries also relating to this issue, I have tried the uninstall/reinstall fix, but without success.Anyone here able to suggest a solution please?

Whenever I try to save a fillable pdf form any more, it always loses all of my data I filled in and the form saves blank. It used to be when I saved a form, the data I filled in saved also. Is there still a way to save a fillable form with my data onto my computer and not lose all the data I entered?

Hello, Looking for soluion on the following error with Adobe Reader. Error states:"There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (1014:1014)" I found some possible resolutions but looking to see if there are any concrete resolution/fix for the known error. So the only know fix is to Uninstall/Re-Install. Thank you,John VangIT Technician.

I have had reports from multiple customers that we host that they are experiencing the below error: This file cannot be previewed because of an error with the following previewer:PDF preview HandlerTo Open this file in its own program , double click it.  I have done the below troubleshooting steps:. Go to File>Options> Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Attachment Handling- turn off attachment preview which was was turned off. Checked for updates on the server and all appeared to be ok. Hi, whenever I attempt to open a PDF it opens as a webpage in the browser. I want to revert to opening simply as a PDF file - could anyone advise? 

I was in the middle of pdf remediation, saved my work (as I do periodically) and then suddenly, I am now no longer able to see the rectangle to select my text while working from the reading order panel. I basically have to guess what I am selecting. Also, when I'm selecting multiple tags from the tag panel and dragging to re-order, I cannot see the line where I am trying to drag them to. It seems like some strange cursor error or bug. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and nothing seems to reset it. I'm on a Mac running the latest Big Sur iOS. (11.6) and running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. (2021. 007.20091)

I was getting the error message anytime I opened a file. Then when it was time to save, I got the message again and it would not allow me to save. AcroCEF.exe Application Error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.I was originally having this problem with Acrobat so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still trouble. I then uninstalled and deleted every darn thing that had anything to do with Acrobat, restarted, and reinstalled. Then I uninstalled with Microsoft Fix-it which I found that someone suggested because sometimes some files get left behind. Same problem.So then I thought maybe I should try with regular reader. I installed Reader DC and am getting the same error only of the Rdr verision. Can anyone help me out here?

HiI am experiencing an odd issue. Suddenly when in outlook, i open an email as a seperate window, and then open a pdf attachment with reader, and then close it again, the message window is then behind outlook main window. If i start with opening message window, then take focus of outlook, and then back to the message and THEN open and close the pdf attachment, then the focus is correct, back to the message window. (sorry for the poor wording of this). It is not a problem with other programs, such as other pdf readers or excel, word etc. Any ideas?

I can't get the pop ups to stop on my Mac OS 10.13.2 - Adobe Reader v. 11.0.23 that say "AdobeResourceSynchronizer wants to use your confidential information stored in “v3.services.acrobat.com”in your keychain. To allow this, enter the  “login” keychain password.”Firstly, I'm not comfortable allowing this and even when I've given up and hit "allow" I can't seem to figure out the password it wants anyway!  So annoying!!Why is this now happening?  I've tried uninstall, reinstall, have latest updates... any help?So glad I'm paying for Adobe PDF Pack which also stopped working.  After spinning for 10 minutes, I get message “An error occurred while trying to access the service”.   I did finally figure out how to go online and convert but what a pain.  I understand that my fee is small compared to what corporations are able to buy but I'm a retired individual on limited income and $96 a year for services that don't work is not small to me.Thanks for any hel

When I try to preview the pages on PDFs it constantly fills up my RAM, up to the point where i cannot load any pages.On older Versions it does not happen.OS: Windows 10.0.17763 Build 17763Adobe Version: DC 2021.007.20091

Hi all, I am experiencing a weird problem in my organization.After updating to version 21.007.20091, all my PCs with windows 10 and 7 freeze.I noticed that one process named acrocef.exe eats up all memory and blocks the PCs.If I rename the acrocef.exe executable so it's not launched, acrobat works fine. Any clue?Thanks

We are using LC designer forms and was fine to be opened in Adobe Reader DC but after update, it gives out the above pop up window. Please have a look into this. thanks

I have a PDF of a textbook and the images will not load. I get the message "insufficient data for an image" when I get to the first one and then can't see any of the other images. I have tried the troubleshooting when I clicked "learn more" but nothing fixes it. Can anyone provide me some assistance? I have added the to the files below. ThanksThomas

About a month ago I had to install a different PDF reader in both PC's at one of my offices because Adobe previewer would not work on Outlook. This morning, the same problem suddently developed on my home office PC. I've tried repairing Outlook and removing and reinstalling Adobe but the message I get is "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it". When I go to the Outlook Trust Centre settings there's no option to select a PDF previewer. Since it will work with a different previewer at work, just not Adobe, I am wondering if Adobe are progressively removing this feature. 

HELP! In the past week when I try to use it, it starts my fan whirring crazy. Activity monitor (mac os) show crazy high cpu usage. Any resolution???

Hello all,I need help with the error "0x8024002D - a full-file update could not be installed because it required the source" for Adobe Acrobat DC Update and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Update - versions 21.005.20060 and older - same error for both products. This happens on a monthly basis on ~1200 devices out of 7700, every month, with each new update. We publish the updates in SCUP and then synchronize with SCCM and deploy to a pre-production group and then to production(~7700 devices).SCCM Version 2103 For the updates, version 21.007.20091 is out, and once we'll deploy them, I'll expect the same behavior again.Didn't manage to find any article/solution to this issue. Please help.

Adobe Reader will not print PDF's using my Mac Air. When I hit print button, printer icon flashes in Doc for a second and disappears. Nothing is in que or prints. Mac support checked computer and Adobe Reader was trashed and reinstalled. Anyone having this issue?
