我有一個客戶傳過來的訂單是PDF檔案，使用Acrobat Reader無法開啟，會出現以下錯誤但是此檔案使用Edge及Chrome卻可以正常開啟Acrobat Reader已經使用最新的版本且已更新，都無法開啟，使用其他台的電腦都是相同狀況請問有其他人有遇到過這種問題嗎?Thanks  

I have a PDF I wrote that contains a great many short video clips (over 100) of sentences in ASL (American Sign Language), and I'm currently testing it for its anticipated readers. To prevent the annoying "This may damage your computer" warning for every single one of them, I can tell my readers to go to  Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and un-check Enable Protected Mode at startup. But that leads to a warning this this will also disable Protected View and App Container". To help me reassure my readers, do you know if this warning applies only to PDFs or does is apply to other apps on one's computer? And what is App Container?(When I try the other method of saying Add File to add the file name of the PDF, that doesn't seem to work.)Thanks in advance for your help. 

I just replaced my internal drives and lost my Adobe software.  Downloaded my Photoshop items with no issues.  Downloaded Reader DC and it doesn't open nor does it open new or old docs. Spent 45minutes with Adobe tech.  We uninstalled a recovery I had tried, uninstalled new downloads, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted, established as default app all to no avail. Program will not open and will not read docs.  Tech guy said come here. Suggestions?

Hello everybody, I'm having an issue with Acrobat Reader at my office On one specific computer, it closes itself after a few seconds, whether you open a file or not. No message appears, the application crashes without giving any information.I've tried to update it to the latest version, totally uninstall it and install it back again in its latest version, delete every Adobe temporary files, and tried a lot of things I found on Adobe forums running the eula.exe file to accept the User Terms of Services, but nothing worked.The currently installed version of Acrobat Reader is 2020.013.20074 which is the latest. The OS is Windows 7 Professionnal SP1 64 bits. A lot of computers in my office are in the same OS and Adobe versions but it's the only one having this issue. I collected the Acrobat Reader log files, but I don't know how to exploit it. I can't share it here because .dmp files cannot be attached to this post. Let me know if somebody already had this issue, or if

Hello everybody!Hope you find all fine. I have been trying to open my Adobe Reader however I get the error message " This programme cannot be opened because it does not contain api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll". I have already done the updates but still is not working. Hello everyone! I have the strange issue that the pdf file is perfect right after opening it but then it turns completely unreadable. I have attachted an images to show it. Already tried to repair installation but didn't help. Anyone who could help me out on this?

New adobe reader installed, now can not print any PDF files because the printer screen is mostly blanked out.  Plus all the adobe PDF file names have disappeared.  What is going on.????

Hello, PDF file size is normally in few 100kB, but after make signature(s) are file size more then 4MB. Exist any possibility how can be signed document file size smaller, please?Thanks. Edited 13 may 2020 - in version Adobe Reader DC 2020.009.20063

Hello Adobe community,     I need help with the following task. I have an excel spreadsheet that consists of Room Status (consists only VAV and CAV). , Room Numbers (multiple rooms), Shop Name (multiple rooms) and Parent Loction (multiple rooms).  My senario is when Room_No is picked, I want all fields (VAV_CAV,Shop_Name &Parent_Location ) related to that Room_No populated. A room is either CAV or VAV has a shop name and parent location.Field names:Room Number (Room_No), Shop Name (Shop_Name) and Parent Loction (Parent_Location). I appreciate your time and help.Adosh.

Why when I go to extract the fonts embedded in a pdf file I have several fonts with the same name (esGHJFGJ + NewTimeRoman "," IFEH + NewTimeRoman ") with a few characters inside each and not one that includes all the characters? Thanks

Hello,I have a problem with the clipboard.If something is copied and then copied later, what I copied earlier is pasted into the text (the clipboard is not cleared, it remembers everything that I copied).What may be the problem?The reinstallation of the program was unsuccessful.

I have an issue with a PDF file I have sent to a client containing an embedded MP4 video. They get a message saying SWF won't be supported beyond Dec 2020 and the video won't play.The are not using any browser to open the file just Adobe Reader.Any ideas?

Hello, I want to cancel my plan. I started the plan because i need to read an pdf file once.At that time, i read about free experience so i paid for it.Unfortunatelly I forgot to cancel it after that practical use, so I paid 3 month's money without using it.It's too sad to pay another cancellation fee plus over-expenditure.Is it impossible to cancel the plan without paing any fee?

I am annotating documents and sometimes need to go back and delete an annotation.  When I do, Reader DC returns me to the page with the previously active annotation.  Is there a way to stop this?  It is a real pain to have to navigate back to where you were when you deleted the annotation.

I login this mornng to my machine and Adobe pops up while am doing something else and asks for a 2FA verification??? WTH?? so I decide to look into the window processes and find this...  What is all this and have you guys ever heard of SMALL footprint?!? 1) Please explain why I have 5 processes when it should be ONE... it is a priviledge layer issue?2) Then why they are 32bit processes running on 64bit machine.... i mean its 2020 yeah?Lack of responses will have me evangelising competitors products. 

I have Adobe Reader DC 2020.013.20064. I tried to add the font pack Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack (Continuous) - For Acrobat Reader DC version 19.x from https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=6839&fileID=6837 And nothing happens when I click on the download button. Any ideas what to do. 

I'm running Win 8, 64 Bit.  When I try to open pdf doc in Adobe Reader XI 11.0.03, IE10, it closes after 2 seconds.  I have uninstalled several times and reinstalled but no fix.  Any solutions?
