Hi,after the build update (from 1709 to 1909) when I go to print more than one PDF file in sequence, I get the error Application name that generated the error: AcroRd32.exe, version: 20.6.20042.43423, timestamp : 0x5e616a22 Name of the module that generated the error: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.18362.1139, timestamp: 0x335bbdaf Exception code: 0xc0000409I have tryed to upgrade Acrobat DC on the latest version but doesn't works. I heve tryed to disable protection mode but nothing.The same print works fine with 1709 but not on 1909. I have tryed in about 100 clients but the problem is the sameSomeone have some ideas?ThanksEmiliano

Hi Everyone, I it possible to print multiple multiple copies of multiple PDF files at the same time? When I select multiple PDF in same folder and right-click > Print this print options popup is not appear.  Thanks for an advice!

Adobe AcrobatPhone dark mode is on. But my files appear white coloured background. Is there anyway to make it dark mode too?

I am trying to change the default email program. It stays on Microsoft Outlook.Adding a webmail address does not work because the server expects starttls and authentication for security reasons.We use TheBat! as default email program.How can I correct/adjust that.Thanks for any help.Wim

 I have searched the internet significantly to find anyone with this same issue, using all kinds of different searches, and I cannot find anything about this. Maybe I'm just not using the right language. I don't know how else to describe it.  Sometimes while I'm looking at documents in Acrobat Reader, it will start randomly highlighting words with a black rectangle (or a dark blue one when it's going over a section I've highlighted). It will move through a paragraph or so, highlighting the words one at a time in order. If I try to scroll away from the moving black box, Acrobat Reader will automatically and immediately move the screen back to where it's highlighting text, so I have to wait until it stops in order to continue reading the document.  I am in university; I have to read PDF's all the time for school, and this is driving me a little bit nuts. It's incredibly distracting to suddenly find the page moving without my input. Does anyone have any idea why t

My agency is sending Adobe PDF files to clients. These PDF files allow the client to fill in data. Once the forms are returned to our agency completed, we cannot make any changes to the forms. The fill in data is now read only. Is this by design or is there a way our staff can make corrections to the filled in data if necessary?

The following fix works for Windows only. Still have the boundary box on the first comment stroke.My laptop is MacBook Air MacOS 10.13.It did not have the folder (/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/DC/Preferences) to place the plist. However, I placed the plist in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/........../DC/Preferences.I did cmd+Z (undo) and cmd+shift+A (de-select), but it is not a permanent fix.What did I do wrong?How to fix it?Do you have a new fix for Reader DC on MacOS 10.13?Regards,Dave 

When I right click and select Quick Print on a PDF attachment in Outlook Adobe Acrobal Reader DC  will print the doc but crashes and shuts down. This has only started recently, I have run Repair Installation and restarted computer.Is it Adobe or Windows??Thanks Roger

Hi. I don't know what else to call it other than side tabs. What I am referring to is the part to the right of the page pictured below which shows the options such as Export PDF, Edit PDF, Create PDF, etc. This is useless to me and I am tired of having to click the arrow to minimize it every single time I open a PDF. What's worse is I have to hit another arrow a second time to fully remove the box. Is there a way to make it where I never have to see this unless I decide to open it?

We have a product that uses the Adobe reader as an embedded PDF viewer. Multiple customers recently updated to Adobe Reader 20.13.20064.12623 and are now reporting random crashes when viewing PDFs. We have multiple crash dumps, is there a way to submit the dumps for review?

Basically anytime I select text, the document turns black, and the words go fuzzy until I either scroll away and back, or resize. Happens only on my current computer (windows 10), same document works fine on other computers. Only happens when selecting text. Also, when the document first opens, it flashes a green pattern before loading.  Also, happens on many different documents. Any ideas here? Thanks

Hello, I am having trpuble printing some of my documents that need to be printed on legal size paper. When I print the legal documents the information is priningting half way down the page and not at the top of the page. This is causing pertinent information to not be cut off the page. Why is this happening when I print on legal size paper?

Hi there.It's an annoying problem. I have some PDFs that I underlined (and added some posts) when reading to highlight key passage in my work and saved them in an appropriate new folder. Today it seems that Acrobat Reader DC can't open them. Their format name has changed from "Adobe PDF document" to simply "PDF". Interestingly, when it comes to see the info of these files seems that it's impossible to open them with Acrobat Reader (already updated to the newest version). Even with Mac preview it is not pobbile to see the pages as other 'regular' pdfs. Is there any method to have them back, possibily with the underlined parts (along with the posts)?Thanks in advance.  

I can open PDF's that are saved on my desktop computer but when I try to open a PDF that is on a an external hard drive I get an error that says" There was an error opening this document, access denied". If I move the PDF to my desktop screen it will open.

My background colour does not show when I open a pdf that has been created on Canva - it works on my collegues computer so think there is something in my settings which is preventing it opening correctly

Hello, I have a question. When I save a document in PDF/A format, eg using MS Excel and then digitally sign this signature using Adobe Acrobat Reader, the PDF/A format disappears. The document is then only a PDF. My question is whether it is possible to keep the PDF/A format of the document even after the electronic signing of the document. If so, how do I do it?Thank you.

Hello, I have a pdf that needs to link to phone numbers as well as email addresses using links. When opened on mobile, neither link works. Ideally, I would like the links to open the user's email and automatically call the phone number. This is hosted on a website.  I have tried the mailto: and tel: links in acrobat and neither work for mobile. The email function works on desktop (mac) and will open facetime for the phone number. I have optimized the pdf for mobile also. The original document is an illustrator file, so no InDesign bookmarking. 

Hi. If I got a PDF file which is signed and I want to proof that is from the person who is standing in the certificate, what should the named person send me to verify? In the certificate standing a lot of strings, but is only one of them to be used for a proof that the document is from the shown person?
