salve. ho un problema con l'installazione di adobe acrobat reader dc. uso windows 7 64 bit. dopo avere completato il download il programma tenta di effettuare l'installazione ma alla fine si blocca con il messaggio "Nuova versione già installata". il problema è che io non ho alcuna versione di acrobat reader installata sul pc, eppure mi serve. come posso risolvere? grazie

I am facing the same problem reported by Giuseppe. I have tried every possible solution (adobe cleaner included) without managing to install the program. What can I do?

I am sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused, please refer and try the suggestion from the following Adobe discussion marked as correct Newer version already installed

You may also refer to Error 1722 while installing/updating Acrobat DC/Acrobat Reader DC on Windows

spero avrai risolto il tuo problema, in caso contrario prova a scaricare CCleaner e vedere se c'è qualche errore sul registro di Windows. In caso non avessi risolto contattaci anche attraverso il nostro sito alma365.it e sarò lieta di aiutarti.

Hello Giuseppec,

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once and use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any conflicting or corrupt installation files of Adobe Reader and installed Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine again and then install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
