Search for long list of numbers in pdf

I have a list of 8000 unique numbers. I need to search a very large pdf for each unique number. Is there a way to do that automatically rather than typing in each unique number into the search field?

In Reader you can't really do much about it. With Acrobat Pro you can use an Action to highlight all instances of these search terms, although 8000 terms might prove too much for Acrobat to handle.
