!I have been using reader for the last 4 year on my iOS device to read encrypted .pdf files sent to me from my office. As of the latest version the attached file that is sent no longer shows within the app. Previously I’d enter the assigned code and then select the paper clip icon. That icon is gone and when you select “attachments” the app does not show the attachment...even though I know it’s there. This seriously need to be fixed as it was the only reason to have this product on my iPad and phone. Total and complete failure by the app engineers to ensure you dont go backwards with an update to your app.

How can i move a pdf scan i made to an existing folder in acrobat

Since updating app on iPhone and iPad can no longer see any attachments in encrypted pdf emails - when I open same email on my Mac the attachments are there. This is a new problem as have previously been accessible on all iPhone, iPad and Mac desktop. Can you help?

We have secret PDF files ( with Passwords) and in this PDF File there is an other PDF File. But we can't open it.

Links are not visible in tablet android version. Is there some funvtion i should tab on or some software bug? Kindly help me resolve the issue.

This is a problem, when you rotate an android phone and view document in landscape mode in Acrobat Reader app:In this orientation when you flick the finger to move down the document (to the next page and so on), its perfect - smooth transition and full screen with no obstructions to view your document.However, when you flick the finger the other way to view previous pages, the screen always flickers a bit. Also, the large top bar apears and takes over a lot of the screen and prevents viewing of the document (the same as when you single tap on the screen). Its not large in portrait mode but is in landscape mode. This top bar should be smaller in landscape mode and also should only come out when you single tap. Trying to view previous pages and having the view obstructed with this large bar in landscape is very annoying - it should the same as moving down the document and viewing next pages.Please fix this problem.

The new one is making my studies stressful. If I pull the page a little up the top tab to shows up and changes the document leves, and it is happening a thousand times per day! Moreover, to get to the ”pen tool” it is now less natural, fisrt the pen is at the botton righ them when you touch, the pen tool bar comes at the top right them when you are done the done is at the top left... There are many things that make me really regretful fot having upgraded my device.

I have a secure pdf file that has 2 attachments.  When I open this file on my desktop's acrobat reader, I am able to view both attachments.(In the desktop Reader, there is an Attachments Panel that lists both attachments)However, when I open this file on my iOS acrobat reader, the application does not find either attachment(In the IOS Reader, I click on the ... in the upper right hand corner and choose attachments.  The application displays a window with the title "Attachments" that says "No files in this location")Is this a known issue or limitation with Adobe Reader on this IOS?Thanks,Jason G

Hello i have a question i used adobe reader app for windows phone but i uninstalled it now i want to install it again but the app is no longer available for my windows how can i install it again i open windows store and i see still exist just i dont have optuon to install it

I am unable to get past the page below when trying to use my eterprise ID in any of the Adobe iOS apps with the exception of Adobe Express.  The enterprise redirect works in that app and I am able to sign in.

Hello all,I created a form with Acrobat DC and added some data fields as "mark as read only" to a signature field.Until latest Version of Reader it worked well on the iPad when using the form.Now after update on iPad to Reader Version 18.10.02, the marked fields can now be changed even when signature is already done.How was my workflow:Form was created with Acrobat DC on Windows PCData fields filled and signature done with Reader DC on Windows PCMarked as read only fields cannot be changed after signature, when using Reader DC on Windows PCMarked as read only fields can be changed after signature, when using Reader 18.10.02 on the iPad.Failure occured after update to Reader 18.10.02 on the iPad.Need help to fix this problem.

I'm having the same issue I was trying to convert a Word document to PDF and it didn't work so I just canceled mine and I'm requesting that they refund me very frustrating

I'm really disappointed with latest update of Android Acrobat reader to view a PDF file I had to pass several pages of hell (registration). This is very bad user experience and bad product decision to have a hard registration wall for users that do not use any of the connected features.Hope that somebody from the product team will read this and revert this decision.Thank you!

My phone's language is Hebrew, I think that's why the app is shown reversed.I can't find the page's number, and the app's notes are half-shown only (it seems to me like it's because the app is reversed - the notes should have been on the other side of the screen, and because they're not, the text box is cut), and the app's symbols (like the V sign for "done") are also reversed...Please fix it!Thanks!

Adobe reader is wonderful application, I have a suggestion if sticky notes option given in this application is added with option to attach hand written notes and picture from gallery, it would make it extremly useful. I am a doctor I often use Adobe reader for studying books many a times it is needed to attach some graphs, pictures etc to the text as stocky notes.RegardsDr Babar Rafique

I have forms that work perfectly on the desktop. When I open them on a 2018 iPad with the latest updates to iOS and Acrobat, they work almost perfectly.On the iPad, when I select the field that has been formatted as a date (I used Acrobat Pro DC with latest update), the calendar dial opens. I can select the date without issue. However, if I hit the "Next" button to tab through the form, the calendar dial doesn't go away from the screen (I have to tap the screen multiple times for it to disappear even though the date is already filled). I can type into text fields without issue, but when I reach the first dropdown, it won't open the list. The dropdown field is highlighted in blue so I know it's selected. The only solution I have found is to close Acrobat Reader and reopen it, then I can continue filling the form.Something with using the "Next" or "Previous" buttons and the Date field is causing the issue. I don't know if this would help, but the date field is formatted as mm/dd/yyyy.Tha

Ever since the update in September 2018 I have been unable to save anything new to this app. I have used this App for over a year and Loved it. Now it’s complete crap. There is no way that EVERY pdf that I try to open and save from email is damaged or corrupt. Is there a fix for this? Or a way to go back to the old version?

After downloading the Acrobat Reader App on my smartphone VF-895N a dialogue window says it can be installed in the SD CARD. After putting my finger on the message window and after less than a minute another message says it can't be installed in the SD CARD. Help me please for this issue.

Hi Adobe.Updated the ios app to 18.09.14. However, the ability to delete a file "when Location - On this phone" is selected is grey-ed out and not working. See below.Please advise on how to delete old pdf files.Thanks

Payed for app because i wanted to be able to combine files but adobe took my money and that function is all for show it doesn’t work how many people are having same issue we should all get our money back

I purchased the "Adobe PDF Pack". It says that I should be able to organize pages in a PDF with this purchase: "Arrange pages in your PDF however you see fit. Delete, insert, extract, rotate, split, or replace pages." It also clearly says that I should be able to do this in the Acrobat Reader mobile app: https://acrobat.adobe.com/ca/en/acrobat/pdf-pack-pricing.htmlBut in the android app it tells me I need to buy acrobat pro DC, if I want to arrange a page. This seems like false advertising to me.

In the most recent version of Reader for Android, there was option to change the PDF filename, when sharing a PDF from Reader.  I use a process multiple times a day, that involves viewing a PDF, then copying it to Google Drive and renaming (based on the file contents).  Will this option be enabled again in a later update, or should I start looking for a different PDF viewer?

during the attempt to export from pages to pdf acrobat reader application had frozen with no any reaction on any action icluding restart of ipad air.are there any possible solutions?before removing and installing again the appas revealed later, that problem had come not from pages apps, but from acrobat reader... after updating the apps never started properly...and none answer received from officials
