I have an Amazon Fire HD 7 tablet and have been using the “Adobe Acrobat Reader App for Fire” for several years. I like to save my PDF documents to the Acrobat Cloud and have long done so without any trouble.  Just recently, however, the Acrobat Reader App on my Fire tablet no longer permits me to save documents to the cloud or access documents already in the cloud.  I get an error message that says “Unable to connect to the Internet.”  But my secure Internet service is working fine and connected, and all other apps on the tablet that use the Internet do so withoutproblem. I have tried uninstalling the Acrobat Reader App and then reinstalling it, but I continue to get the error message.  I also notice on the product reviews in the Amazon App Store that another owner of the Fire 7 is having the same problem.  I wonder if there is a fix for this issue that someone can tell me about (??).  Without access to the cloud, the app becomes largely useless.

i am using the mobile reader app to read pathfinder books which have a lot of links that link to pages in the same document if i click on them or tap they dont do anything am i doing anything wrong if yes what if no why dosnt it work and why can i make bookmarks on mobile for free but not on computer adobe Please

It seems that my last thread was deleted.Here it is againI'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Android tablet and chrome book 2 in 1 laptop. The problem I'm having is that there are times when the drawing and highlighting tools do not work. Is there a fix for this?

Hello,I used the iPad app to highlight text on a document, however when i open the document on acrobat reader dc on my computer the highlighted sections of text do not appear on the comments tracker and i have to highlight everything again. how can i fix this?thanks

Background: my organization needs a mobile PDF form that can be filled by individuals and easily saved to Dropbox after every use, and then refreshed for the next user. It would also be preferable if this could be done in an offline mode, as we will be using it in areas without WiFi. Thank you!

Adobe acrobat reader has been spontaneously crashing when in use on iPad. The crash is resulting in the loss of any unsaved data. The data is not saved in the “recent“ folder either. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App with no success. Any possible solutions are welcome.

As a flight crew we use the Adobe app on an iPad in flight and with NO wifi or cellular connection.  We need to open PDF's and fill out forms without a wifi or cellular connection.  I have created multiple forms that reside on the Adobe Document Cloud.  I now see (obviously) that in flight at 36,000ft with no wifi or cellular connection to the internet, we cannot open and fill out the PDF forms saved on the Adobe Document Cloud.  How do I save multiple PDF's on our iPad to be opened, filled out and saved WITHOUT a connection to the Adobe Document Cloud?Thanks,Scott

I created links in an existing PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro 8. I attached the PDF to an email. I opened the email in Gmail on my iPhone 5s. I tapped on the PDF to preview it. When I tap a link, I get a screen that offers 3 options: Open, Copy and Add to Reading List.None of these work.The links work perfectly on a laptop, whether in Gmail preview or when opened with the current Adobe Reader DC.I subscribe to Creative Cloud, so have access to those Adobe products.My original document is created in Word 2003, and I save it as a .prn file, and open that in Adobe Acrobat 8 and create the links there.Thanks in advance for any ideas.

pdf form sent to iPad fills in properly but when sent to printer, check box contents are not printed.

I have a continuing problem with Reader on my Android. It won't allow me to see the top part of the first page, because it's covered by the menu. Is there a way to either make the menu roll up out of the way or push the top edge of the page down so the top edge is visible at the bottom of the menu?

AAR is so slow pdf opening on redmi note 4( Android 7.0)Other apps are so fast , after some updates AAR get slow ( like 10 page pdf take 4 minutes to open!!)Plz help

It's taken me two days to figure out how I can ask a question.  The Chat person told me they didn't do that type of support and I should go to the forums, and this took 30 minutes of me waiting for the chat person to come in and out of our conversation only to tell me after all of that, that he couldn't help me. What?  ..... I turned to Chat as there are NO topic threads (that I could find) relating to my question, so I can't even post.  Two days.  I'm still trying.  So if anyone is here and knows how I can find out how I can possibly use Adobe products to work with my pdfs with audio files, and make them work on mobile phones..  When I use on mobile phones, the audio doesn't work.....although at this point, I would appreciate learning about any other products to help.Title changed from "The forum is not user friendly" by moderator.

I installed the Android version of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Google Play Store. I got the link from the Adobe.com website. It was supposed to be the DC version. When I try to open any PDF file that allows "form input", a popup window says I need the DC version for Windows or Mac. I can open any document that does not have form input. Previously I used my desktop running Windows 10 no problem. My mobile phone is more convenient. I have aSamsung Galaxy s8 +SM-G955WAndroid 8.0.0Is there a reason this advertised DC version (by Adobe) does not function properly???Thank you, Ted

how do i save a pdf i had in dropbox and opened in acrobat reader so that during stages of editing i want to be sure that my pdf stays put in my acrobat reader folder so that i will not loose my latest editing. how do i move a pdf file from my dropbox to my folder in acrobat reader in my ipad pro

I am using the Acrobat Reader for iPad.  My PDF document has 400 pages.  I edited pages 10, 15 and 38.  How can i print and/or share only those three edited pages?  It would be stupid for me to send/print the 400 pages document.
