Comment exporter les champs d'un formulaire dans des colonnes excel avec Adobe Pro DC

Bonjour,

J'ai créé un formulaire avec Adobe Pro DC, jusque là tout va bien, mais je ne parviens pas à exporter les données champ par champ dans un une feuille Excel avec une colonne = un champ

La fonction exporter vers Excel, renvoie un fichier inexploitable
