Error Code 1103

I am getting Error Code 1103 when I try to download the latest Update for Adobe onto my MAC. Using OSX 10.11.4. Also has a Parallels Partition running Windows 10. I have good access to internet.

Hi Sukrit,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have been out all morning and just got back.

I have had a look at what you pointed me at but it did not make much sense.

Here is what I have installed:

MAC OSX 10.11.4

Quad Core i7 Processor 3.5GHz

16GB RAM

2TB HDD

On the MAC I have the following programs installed:

AAMLauncher Utility

AA Manager

Acrobat Distiller

Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Reader

Adobe Creative Cloud 3.6.0.248

On the Windows Partition under Parallels I have:

Acrobat Reader 15.010.20060

Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0

Are you suggesting an Uninstall and Reinstall of a program?

If so, which one?
