Error on printing- "Cannot find or create ArialNarrow"- note that this Win7 PC was updated to Win10 and then reverted back to Win7 now we have lost? this font- how do we replace it?

Could you please tell if this is happening with a specific file or with all the files you want to print?

Have to tried to print from other applications like MS Word or Notepad ?
