How do I add a South Africa (R) symbol to format properties

Hi I am creating a quotation/registration document for work and cannot find where of how to add the R symbol for South African currency

In the properties of the text field:

Participant

Thank you Bernd but it only shows other international currencies

Looks like a very old version of Adobe Acrobat. The german DM doesn't exists anymore.
