How do I Create a pdf portfolio in Acrobat Standard XI? I used to be able to do this with Adobe Standard 9.

I was recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat XI Standard from Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard and am trying to combine several documents to Create a PDF Portfolio. The Get Started menu only has the option to Combine Files into a Single PDF.

Can this be done with Adobe Acrobat XI Standard?
