Is there an SDK option to programmatically export PDF to HTML Web Page using Adobe 2017?Using VB.Net within VS2012 and prefer using Adobe .dll's; Has anyone had success with .ExecCommand(?) or .execMenuItem(?)?Prefer to avoid using JavaScript, if possible.

I have a field that would require selection from one or another dropdown depending on scenario.What I would like to do is make one dropdown or the other visible/active depending on a selection made in a different dropdown.Ie.;If Select "NO" in dropdown 1 > Then dropdown A is visible/active.If Select "YES" in dropdown 1 > Then dropdown B is visible/active.Alternatively it could be the same dropdown but with a different list of selections based on the selection made in dropdown 1I hope this is doable

Hi everybody,Please can someone help me out.I've a number of 'mandatory' text fields on a form.I've setup a 'Document Javascript' that sets the focus to the first mandatory field upon opening the pdf.Using an onBlur action I'm testing to see if the user has entered something in the first text field.If they haven't, e.g. they've just tabbed to the next field, they get a popup asking them to fill in the field and then the focus is set back on that field.If the user only enters a space, and then tabs onto the next field, the text field value is checked to see if that's the case. If it is, the user gets a popup and then the focus is set back to the text field.If the user enters something other than just spaces they are ok.The problem I've got is that the form gets stuck in a loop between the action of tabbing to the next field and the onBlur test.Here's my code.var fld = this.getField("TextBox1");var nxtFld = this.getField("TextBox2");  if (fld.value !== "") {  //if field is not

We use JDA/DLX WMS along with Metapack DM to print shipping labels using Internet explorer 11 & Reader 11, we use a JavaScript file toprint then auto close the pdf print window. Hello,I am creating a flyer with form fields on it, that will ultimately be flattened to read only by submit button and saved as a PDF. One of the form fields is for the end user to enter a URL. I named it referralLinkIs it possible to pull the data from referralLink and program it to a hyperlink so that after the form and PDF is flattened and exported, the hyperlink will navigate to said URL.

Hi, hope I can find the help I need with a website programming project. I'm working on a new website and need to create a time table of hours worked in 24 hours format using PHP and JavaScript (Jquery). In short, the table should layout the days of the week and hours worked and be able to generate the total hours worked at the end of each day and week. I'm trying to automatically rename a file using fields from the document (date, clients name....) from an fillable pdf and then send it in an email. I have tried using Javascrpts but none of them have worked, it send the email but keeps the original file name. Is there a java script that will do both and would someone be willing to share it.Thanks in advance.Fred

As per  https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/distiller_api_reference.pdf  this  documentation  "FileToPDF"  API accepts 4 parameters.It was working in the older version of Distiller DC.We updated the Distiller DC to version 19.10.20100325521After that it gives the error as  "Microsoft VBScript runtime error: Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment: 'FileToPDF".We tested it by passing 5 arguments it started working fine.But if we create the script by passing 5 arguments it doesn't support the older version of Distiller.have you updated this API? or are we looking into wrong document?Can you let us know what is the issue?[Moderator: Changed the title slightly according to OP's message]

Can the javascript alert box be coded so as to display a graphic or a thumbnail of a hyperlinked destination ?Our use of Acrobat is primarily with PDF AutoCAD drawings.  Our goal is to hover over hyperlinks and bring forth thumbnails of the area hyperlinked, prior to actually going to that destination.

I have set up a text field to properly calculate and display a number on a scale ranging from 1.00 to 4.00. Now, using a "Custom Format Script" in the FORMAT TAB, I would like the field to display the following text: BRONZE for values ranging from 1.00 to 2.39; SILVER for 2.40 to 3.39; GOLD for 3.40 to 4.00. Any suggestions?

New(ish) to creating fillable forms in Acrobat Pro.  I would like to have the text within a field change color based on the numeric value entered.  Through other posts, I've learned that I have to enter a java script in the validation field.  As I'm unfamiliar with java script, I'm not able to use the examples in these other posts to help...I'm not sure what I need to change to do what I want to do.  The field is named "Percentage" and if the value entered is greater than 15, I want the text to appear in red.  Help???

I need a solution in place to split a multi line field at a certain point and fill the remaining split text into another field. I have three multi-line fields named Field 1, Field 2, and Field 3. I should say that data is not typed into these fields but rather is populated via a series of functions that grabs data from the other form fields and summarizes results in Field 1. If data does not fit in Field 1 I would like the text to overflow into Field 2..and so on. I already have the code to populate the fields.I had the idea that the easiest way to do this count the number of paragraph returns and then split when a certain number is reached. I know how to count the returns but not sure how to implement splitting overflow.. So for example, if I have this code: var count = 0;var s = getField("Field1").valueAsString;for (var i = 0; i < s.length; i++) {    if (s === "\r") count += 1;}....and I want to split the text at 50 returns.. then fill Field2.Can this be done? Maybe
