Interpreting error code 16

Have been using trial version of Acrobat DC Pro on an Apple iMac when application would not open. Pop up message advises contact Adobe support and quotet the error code 16.

Have sought an avenue to email Adobe support, but their guidelines for doing so send me in circles. Not a good impression of support if trial version converted to a full version.

Can anyone advise how to precede to overcome this error ?

Hi,

If issue still persist, then create a new user account with the Admin rights on Mac, login to the new user account & then check the behavior of the program.

Thanks for the response Yatharth.

Regretfully the KB article did not have the answer. There is no file entitled SLStore in the Library.

Is there another Way ?

As an update - have downloaded another trial version and am continuing with the valuation of the product.
