We are trying to reinstall Acrobat Pro 9 but the install won't take the product code.  It says it's invalid.  The program has been correctly de-activated on the previous computer.

This is not a Creative Suit product.  It is for Acrobat Pro 9.

Pls check for an acrobat fix download from Adobe - I had same problem with CS6 Acrobat that the patch sorted. - maybe same problem even if not CS6 product for you
