The Acrobat product I am trying to reload onto upgraded computer is not a choice

Our department received new computers today and I am trying to reload the Adobe Acrobat XI Pro onto my new system.  When I get to the Serial Number Upgrade, the Product is not a selection in the menu.   I received a challenge code as well.

your acrobat xi is probably an upgrade from a previous version.

if that's true, after entering your acrobat xi serial number you are prompted to select the qualifying (ie, previous) version.  after selecting the previous version from the dropdown you will be prompted for the previous version's serial number.

enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.
