Attempting to convert PDF to PPT. Right side of screen shows warning signal "not connected to intranet". I am connected & working fine?

Try using this link to export PDF to PPT : https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf by logging in with your Adobe ID and let us knwo if you able to export using this link .

Please let us know the exact version of Adobe application you are using and the OS version on your system.

Try to log in and out of the application and check.

Please attach a screenshot of the error message .
