I'm unable to download my Acrobat subscription

    Hi ethobotanist,

    I see that you purchased an Acrobat Standard subscription. What happens when you try to download it? Are you getting an error message?

    For starters, please make sure that you're logged in to your computer as an admin, and disable any anti-virus software. (Those two steps can resolve the bulk of download issues.)
