I paid for a subscription to convert pdf to word

Now I cannot find anything to tell me what I paid, when I paid and if I was limited to one month or what!!

Where do I find the answer to this problem?

If I purchased, why can I not use on my PDF files? I do not want to pay

$19.99 each month. I undestood $19.99 was for a year? Please cancel if

it cost $19.99 each month.
