I signed up, and paid for, the Adobe software that allows me to convert a PDF document to a Word document. Every time I try to convert a PDF document to a word document the screen promotes me to pay again, even though I have already paid two times.
I purchased and paid for the Adobe software that allows me to convert a PDF document to a Word document. Every time I try to use it the screen tells me to join and pay again. How can I use the software that I purchased?
