I bought a yearly account to convert PDF to word but Im using a new computer and I cant seem to get to the page where I can start converting.  I am logged in and can see my account butit keeps trying to get me to purchase it again.

Do I on top of having yet purchased an Adobe PDF Pack- Annual‎ need to buy also Adobe Acrobate Pro DC? It doens't make any sence...

I am attempting to convert a pdf to Word in Export PDF. When I click to convert it, it takes me to a page to buy the product. But I already have the product. In fact if I try to buy it again it tells me I can't buy it again. But it won't let me use Export PDF. Any suggestions?

Je voudrais convertir un pdf en powerpoint mais je ne peux pas car mon pdf fait plus de 100 mega. Je viens d'acheter le pdf pack et ça me dit encore que je ne peux pas car plus de 100 Mega hors j'avais lu que l'on pouvait y arriver avec plus de 216mega. Y a t'il un problème d'activation ou je ne pourrais jamais convertir mon fichier?

I have an annual subscription to Adobe Export PDF. I want to convert a pdf to a Word document, but every time I try, it takes me to a webpage for subscribing. I'm already subscribed and signed in. And the webpage tells me I can't buy a 2nd license, which I don't want to do anyways.

Hi, I am trying to buy Adobe Acrobat DC but because I have Adobe Export PDF, the ssytem doesn't allow me.

Recently purchased Adobe and I keep getting forbidden messages when I try to convert PDF to PPT, what could be the problem?

GreetingsAdobe used to have a service for merging files into one single PDF.  A credit card was required for that purpose and service was quick.  Upload files, merge, pay, download file, Bingo!!!I could not find that service any longer on your site, and the new version of Adobe DC wants the user to buy a  monthly plan, but I merge about a file a year.  I do not need a monthly subscription.  If at least Adobe offered back the one-time license fee, that would be at least functional for me, knowing I bought the license, I can use it any time, and I do not have to be concerned about my credit card being charged endlessly for a service I barely use, although still needed.Am I the only one on that boat?  I agree with some plans for word processing or electronic pages, but for Adobe?  Unless a client is from a company with a lot of demand for this type of services, but for an end user who only needs this once in a while, it is pricy and not practical.Thanks,

Hello,Could someone say me if i can login with my Adobe ID on any pc or if i can't only export PDF on only one pc with lience at +- 2,50 € / month.I don't find this info.I think it was said that we could use it only on one pc (and one as backup visibly) but when i see that we just have to login in acrobat reader we could nbotmalelly do that on any pc ... ?Thank you for you reply;It's incredible.... Hi, i have several big pdf files that i want to convert into a excell file, but when the conversion is done, the excell file contain only a few converted text and a lot of the table's and txt inside them have been converted in to a image within excell, which doesn't help me at all.

This is BS, I need to contact Adobe and there seems no way to do it.  Acrobat reader DC has suddenly stopped printing.  All of my other programs still do, so it's not the printer or the network.  Also, when I try to convert to docx, a service I'm subscribed to, I keep getting directed to the pricing page.  Something is radically wrong

The Adobe PDF converter creates a garbled and flickering Word document. The data is flickering in and out of view within the word document. We are using an iMac running OS 10.13. Please help.

My account shows payment is  uptodate. There are no links to open the files which have been in the Cloud.I don't use it often so perhaps there is a better URL but I think I usually go through adobe.com and my username/password worked.Trying to contact support via 'chat' or email led to an infinite loop of 'Which product would you like to buy' and 'Click here for contact options' but the only option which is actually available is the Forum.Of course I need to convert a document today.Thank you,Loren

I have the Adobe PDF pack.  I used to be able to edit PDF documents (as recently as a couple of weeks ago).  My membership recently renewed for $75.00, but I can no longer edit PDF files.  When I attempt it suggests I purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  Did they remove the edit PDF capability from my ADOBE PDF pack subscription?
