How do I use send and sign or fill and sign on my ipad to send to my customer and have them sign the document that I filled in for them during a home inspection.  I would like everyone to be able to sign the document write then without having to send, but I understand that may not be possible.  If it is not possible, how do I prepare and send the form for signature to the customer from my ipad?

I purchased one year subscription of Adobe export PDF on 25th. Oct. And already got receipt email from Apple. But still cant use what I paid for. It keeps saying can't verify the purchase and asking to restore the purchase. But when restoring, that mssge repeating. Pls Help!

Hi! I have a question regarding PDF-documents and invoices. Is there a way to be able to take out the tags from an PDF-invoice and export it into a database?

I am trying to convert excel to pdf and it keeps  saying conversion failure. The document is supported, isn't protected, and had no virus. It has been doing this for a couple weeks. Please help.

I have many users and we are all users under the same organization. We would like to have the ability to have a shared folder withing the doc cloud that is view-able by all users within our organization.Is this possible or is there any alternative to work around this issue?We use Google Suite for our shared documents, so if there would be a way to interface Adobe DC with google drive that would be a great solution.Please help

help! when opening file in adobe nothing happens, the program opens but my documents do not come up, tried restarting, everything!

We are an accounting office.  We have a subscription to sharefile... but most financial institutions will not work with sharefile.  Is the Adobe send and track a method a safe alternative?

the latest version acrobat in win10 can not show document cloud. i have already logged on my account. and the document cloud display well in my iphone , my ipad and my pc. why is that? i need to use my document cloud on my laptop nowy

When I scan from HP printer , my documents go into my adobe reader and not my desk top. I have to go into adobe reader and search for my scanned document, then save as to the desk top??Thanksj

Hello, since yesterday,  I cannot retrieve the converted documents on my computer. I have not been on acrobat pdf services for a few weeks, and from what I gather, my converted document in on the cloud, but I want it on my compu. and I do not know what to  do. I can see it, as well as all the last 50 converted documents, I can tick the corresponding boxes, but nothing happens when I click on the dowload sign below. Can someone help please? A file that we shared has been deleted by mistake. We sent a link to some people in order that they open that file, we now have a page which is not found...Is it possible to get back this document deleted or to transfer this page to another one by coding the head of the page?
