I am trying to convert a pdf document into doc format.  Keep getting error message about trouble connecting to the service.

I would like to cancel my document sign. How can I? I did not see the function cancel in my manage account.Please help. Thanks

Last evening, I purchased the Adove PDF Pack online. It instructed me to go to my email and click on an email that Adobe sent me to verify my account. When I went to my email, there was NO email from Adobe regarding verification......either in my inbox or spam folder.Hence, I STILL do not have access to the Adobe PDF Pack (I purchased a 1 year subscription for $79.99).Please offer suggestions, as I DON"T SEE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER FOR ADOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE.NOTE: I do not use the "CLOUD".Thank you very much,robertsilverspring

File corrupted while being uploaded on Document Cloud. I'm sure it saved first, and I'm pretty sure it had to be saved temporarily before being uploaded, so I need help looking for that file. If it's relevant, I'm using Windows 10.

Is there a cloud service to convert a map and then be able to add cities correctly?  I converted a PDF map to a .docx and some of the background was lost.  It was very difficult to write cities on it.

Essentially, when someone opens the PDF, they need to see a button that says something along the lines of "Attach a File", and when they click on it, a pop-up screen will appear, prompting them to choose and attach a file. Hi,I have been working HOURS on this document. When I decided to save it before closing, Adobe crushed. It said ERROR (don't remeber number/type) and clearly stated to click on YES in order to not lose all the modifications done in the document. I obviously cliked YES, yet another error came up saying that all the information was lost. I have been looking for temporary files, and it is nowhere to be found. Is it even possible to retrieve this document? I also have an automated-saving characteristic which, as you imagine, has decided to not work today for the whole day without me noticing.Help, please.

I only have the pdf version of a document (which is why I'm trying to convert it).  It's 121MB.  Adobe Export PDF, not very helpfully, tells me that it's more than 100MB (which I knew already) and does nothing.I'm about to start trying to print the document as two smaller pdf documents and then convert those, but I'd love to hear if there are any other practical suggestions.Thanks!

When I try to print my docs I am having to manually turn the landscape docs upside down so they will print right side up

I am having a password problem. In documents, i choose a PDF, and it takes me to my adobe files. I click on a pdf file, and i get a blog asking me for my password, and it wont except it.I have tried changing the password, and rebooted my computer with no luck. Can any one help. Thanks Norm.

Hello,I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader for iPad. It sometimes happens that, when editing PDFs in the Document Cloud and then syncing them back to the Document Cloud, the sync fails. Thereafter, that particular PDF in the DC will become corrupted and will fail to open.Please let me know if there is some measure of version control part of the Document Cloud? I would like to be able to retrieve a previous version of the corrupted document if possible.Many thanks,‌
