Since our business has updated our Adobe Reader software to Adobe Reader XI we have had to change the way we save our PDFs (with PDF Creator) We use to open the PDF file click the Printer icon and select PDF Creator and save it that way. Now we have to go to File, Save As, Find the File we want to save it in (as it is in a different file that we cant change) and then Save it. Also if there are multiple pages on the PDFs we want to save individual pages we aren't able to now as it either prints the page (rather then saving it) and when it does save it saves as a blank PDF.So now we have to delete the PDF and rescan them individually so they do save. We need this fixed ASAP as we use this over 200 times a day and it is wasting time we need for other thingsNobody seems to be able to help on the phone or online. Its not a very good update the one before was a lot better we were only updating because we could not open the PDFs customers had sent us. ThanksAshley

Je souhaiterais par conséquent obtenir de l'aide d'un service quelconque, bien cordialementhellos , I currently facing a huge problem ; it is impossible to subscribe to my subscription " Export PDF " being my account join the USA . I am French and lives in France . I would therefore help of any service , cordially.

I am able to logon to my Adobe account without difficulty, so I am perplexed. Any suggestions?  Thanks!

i had to install Windows 7 on my computer so i lost all my programs.  Adobe ExportPDF was one of them.  Will I have to buy it again to put it back on the computer?

When I try to log into my Adobe account using the Sign In link in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (I enter my user id and password and click Sign in (first image below) and an error message appears (second image below). I can log into my account directly at Adobe.com, but not from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Is there a fix for this problem? (I already tried Adobe Support chat, but was told they don't support Adobe Acrobat Reader.)

Has Adobe accepted  me as a customer? Can you please let me know thanks

In my job I use citation manager Zotero. Zotero is able send documents attached to bibliography records into the specific folder in PC and I would like synchronise this folder with document cloud. Is any way?

After purchasing a number of licenses and installing, Users are being asked for a login & password. Apparently it wants us to go online and activate the product even if the license keys were entered during installation.User that were not issued new licences and are running previous version of Adobe are now also being prompted to log in.

Termination" it says: 10.2 Termination by Us. Unless stated in Additional Terms, we may at any time terminate these terms (and your access to Services or Software) with you if: (e) there has been an extended period of inactivity in your free account" .... wonderful but what does Adobe see as "extended"????This is really not great, how will I know how long I can have my documents uploaded in Document Cloud with it not being removed if I don't regularly login?

Why does Adobe make you go through so many web pages to find out how to cancel a subscription?Please provides sequence of web pages on how to cancel as I have spent one hour trying to find how to cancel on line and have failed to find where Adobe has hidden it.

Hello,I am trying to convert a pretty large PDF (~26 MB, or ~4400 pages) into an Excel spreadsheet, and I keep getting an error message after the PDF is uploaded to the server and while the tool states it is "converting".  I saw a previous thread on this problem that indicated the PDF limit for this is 100 MB, so I'm not sure why this keeps happening.  Are there other limitations I should be aware of?Thanks,--Joe

Hello AllUsing Adobe ExportPDF subscription service. Adobe version 11.0.09.Converting Multi page PDF, 9 pages to Excel.Export PDF to Excel and some data is missing, i.e. last 2 to 3 rows of each page.Export same document to word and missing rows are placed in the footer.How can we correct for export to Excel?Thank you in advance.

I tried to convert a PDF document into Word and then I was offered one by Adobe package that cost $ 28.00 so I took all the information filled in, ran my credit card data, picked up by the service, on my bill came discounted value, but so far I can not use the product. When placing my signature in the Fill & Sign app on my Nexus 5, I am unable to resize the signature. It is coming in at the full width of the document. Kind of useless. I assumed the blue dot with the arrows in it would resize when drug left and right, but it does nothing. How do I resize my signature to fit on in the document properly?

I have about 1000 PDF files to be converted to excel.What are the optimal ways (i.e., with least manual intervention) in which I can do these tasks:* upload* convert* downloadAny pointers to a link will be useful. The FAQ page does not have this info: FAQ | Adobe Export PDFI figured out one way to upload it via web browser and convert it via web browser (using point and click, in the GUI). Both these methods REQUIRE the browser to be open while the upload and the conversion are happening - and this leads to frequent crashes/ freezing of the browser windows while uploading/ converting many files at once.How to do background sync (i.e. like in Dropbox or Box etc., wherein I dump the files in a folder and it syncs in the background automatically) for uploading/ downloading files?It would be great if someone can point out to an optimal/ recommended workflow for handling (converting) a large number of PDF files using Adobe Document Cloud Export PDF

I no longer have any need for Adobe Pro and I cannot believe how difficult Adobe has made it to cancel an annual subscription. I have followed ALL the instructions several times and keep getting looped back to the same pages. I cannot seem to connect with their customer service chat line. Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, I would be interested to know how it was resolved. This has been such an awful experience that I simply cannot recommend Adobe products to anyone!  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
