Hello, When I open a photo or image by clicking on it, the screen turns blue, and I have the opportunity through application to copy the image. My question is: where is the picture when I ask this copy? Thank you for your response. Best Regards, François MARCHAND

It's not normal to put all these problems to cancel a subscription!!!!

I have Acrobat Professional XI Student and Teacher Edition and cannot convert files to Word or excel, it leads me to online sign up for additional money per month.  I don't feel I should have to pay online subscription for additional services when the description of the product says it exports to word.  Help

  I just bought Adobe Reader XI (or-not sure "Adobe ExportPDF Annual") January 21, 2015 to allow me to convert PDF's to "Word" and "Excel".  Several times I have tried to convert a PDF to Word or XL, and failed EVERY TIME.A week ago about 2/5/15, I got the following error message when trying to convert:"ACROMISSINGCOMPWCLASS:ACRORD32.EXE - APPLICATION ERRORTHE EXCEPTION UNKNOWN SOFTWARE EXCEPTION (0X40000015)OCCURRED IN THE APPLICATION AT LOCATION 0X01D2F57.CLICK ON OK TO TERMINATE THE PROGRAM"  OKThis message occurred several times.  During one of those times, my attempts to follow Adobe's suggested corrections to the problem, made me considerchanging Adobe Reader XI "compatibility" to my OS Windows 7. My attempts at that also failed. I hope someone can enable my Adobe Reader XI to work ok. Using the free service, acrobat.com, I am trying to upload a large pdf file.  I cannot find size parameters listed online.  My file is 145 mb and shows it uploading, until, 99% oops, an error.  Is there a maximum file size that I am over?Thanks.

I am a freelancer looking for a file delivery service with branded pages. I have read through the Adobe Send Help and FAQs and was happy to find the option to brand a file delivery page. However, as a freelancer, I often have direct client contact on behalf of the company I work for. In addition, I do my own work for my own company. I noticed that, in the paid version, the option to upload a logo appears along with the other file sharing options as you are sharing a file. Does this mean that I could, say, send File01 to Client X as BigCompany using BigCompany's logo, then send File02 to Client Y as MyCompany using my own logo? Would each recipient's page be branded with a different company?

I tried a few times. It seems that it is loading, then at the end an error message...It may not be possible with free registration?I need to share pdf (only online viewing) quite often, if not possible for freee which subscrption I should make?It is very difficult to understand what I can do with all the different vertion.I use mac, OS 10.10 (Yosemite)

I'd like to cancel my Adobe Export PDF subscription, which is attempting to renew its annual billing today. It truly doesn't need to be this hard. I find it disgusting that Adobe puts us through this to simply cancel their product. Would you please cancel mine immediately?

When I have a pdf open and try to to sign in on my computer, as soon as I click "sign in" the window pops up but then disappears.  This only happens on one of my computers.  This has not happened before.
