I have opened several cases and they have been withdrawn. This is so frustrating and I am dissapointed that the customer service is so bad I have to create a forum post to meet this request. Can someone refund my order, as I have cancelled the product because I am not happy with it. I cancelled in within the same day. Please process my refund. Thank you

Simple text and numbers clearly typed are garbled and very difficult to edt.  What's wrong with the program.

I‌ use Acrobat Reader on my iPad. I bought Adobe exportPdf from within the program and I received a  confirming mail. Still When I try to use the exportPDF tool I am linked to the Purchase Adobe ExportPDF again. I have tried to log out from Adobe Reader but IT didn't help. Andy suggestions.

The old version remembered emails to which I had sent files. I frequently send files to the same address and retyping it every time is unnecessary.

Hi  While Adobe Send worked without any problems until last week, now every transfer aborts with message "One or more files could not be transferred - retry"I thought first some of my files were corrupted and wasted a lot of time - without success...Now. I just tried transferring  2 other files from another computer running another OS - and got the same result--- 😞 What to do ?RegardsCharles

I use ADOBE READER X and ExportPDF because I have very often forms to convert from PDF to EXCEL ( V7 and V10 , I have two PC)  The results are definitly not acceptable !  Unfortunatly I paid for and I lost a lot of time. PDF EXPORT DOES NOT WORK. IT SAYS "MAKE SCANNED TEXT EDITABLE WITH OCR" AND I CANNOT DO THAT! I SPEND 24 EUROS FOR NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I WANTED THE OCR AND I DO NOT HAVE IT. I AM GONNA UNISTALL EVERY ADOBE READER PROGRAM I HAVE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
