HiI am investigating the PDF Pack service for a client and, since there isn't a demo/trial version as far as I can see, I'm wondering what control you have over how a Word file (for example) is converted to PDF. For clients with Distiller we send them our joboptions file to tailor their PDFs to our requirements but using PDF Pack service are there similar options available? Can't see any information out there about this.thanks,Iain

When I click on my VA-5 icon to do my state employer's withholdings tax, all I get is a blank, white screen. Sometimes, followed by this message: "Adobe Reader cannot open in Protected Mode due to an incompatibility with your system configuration. Would you like to open with Protected Mode disabled? When I agree (which I am wary of), I get the same blank screen.  What do I do now?
