every time I attempt to print a pdf that I am looking at on the internet, adobe locks up the internet and will not print the pdf. If I save the pdf to my computer and then print it, there is no problem and it prints like normal.  Can you help?

Has anyone else had problems getting into their account? I've had the ExportPDF Annual service for about 3 years and for some reason, I can't sign in. Account was charged to office card on 12/3/14.I'm at my wits end. I've tried numerous times today. However, my email is correct, therefore the system recognizes me.

It's a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop, Win 7.  Started download of trial version Acrobat XI.  Download stalled.  I cancelled download, then the computer locked up.  Can't even shut it off.  Any ideas?  thanks.

I paid the subscription for PDF to Word conversion about 3 weeks ago. The system confirmed my email address as valid. I have a brand new Dell laptop and a few days ago the adobe cloud would load just fine, recently it has continuously shows progress, but never loads.  Is there something in my internet settings that prevents me from viewing my cloud on my computer?

When I finished filling in the pdf - the text is too small when I printed out the form.

When using exportpdf, the file is outputted to the cloud, converted and downloaded. Everything to this point looks good.  All messages  indicate a successful run.  When you open the xlsx file there no characters only little squares.  I think this means the output may be in Ascii still.  Results.Not usable unless I find out why.
