Hello,I'm hoping someone will be willing to help me. In a pdf file, I would like to create a link over words and phrases which when clicked results in a simple pop up with some extra information which I would add. I've seen that you can hover over a word to get a pop up, but I'm hoping to be able to only see it when you click on the word or expression.I have a rather old version of adobe: 8.3.1. I should also say that I'm a beginner when it comes to editing pdf documents.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

HI there,I have created a fillable form in .pdf.  Clients are required to fill in the required fields which I then want to convert to word for my use (my questions and their answers), but for some reason only the form is converted and not the fields they entered. I received an e-mail telling me that I was due for automatic billing on Jan. 10, however my credit card information was out of date. I went on my account and updated the new card info. What do I do now? There is no further instruction given - will Adobe try again to run the card and update the subscription? Do I need to manually do something to generate the payment? I changed my subscription from CreatePDF (PDF Pack) to Adobe Acrobat Standard (online, monthly payment) from December 2014, but you charged the both payments for CreatePDF ($10.46 on 12/1) and  Standard ($12.55 on 12/2) in December on my credit card and no deduction was shown in the January statement. Won't you credit $10.46 for Dec 2014?
