How to make a scanned PDF file searchable? I bought an Adobe service which I thought allowed me to do this, but I do not see any instructions how to do it.

I'm trying to fill out a form and it keeps copying my answers from a field to different fields. When I try to erase them to write a different answer it erases the previous answered field and replaces it with the new answer from the different field. Help?

why can I not convert pdf into word file?

Just today my Export PDF program won't let me sign in, so I can sign my document.  Sign in box pops up then disappears right away.Adobe reader is up to date, as is my subscription to Export PDF.  Have rebooted computer, tried different browser.Any suggestions?  Thanks for your input!

On 14 December 2014 I disabled the automatic renewal of my yearly subscription to ExportPDF, which was expiring on 12 January 2015. I received this confirmation of the successful operation (in Italian):However today, to my great astonishment, my subscription was renewed for another year. The account is the same and I didn't turn the auto-renewal on after turning it off.How come I was debited this subscription? How can I have my money back? Files don't open to allow editing, marking,etc

I used Acrobat to convert a PDF to a DOCX / Word document so I could edit the document which in this case was a questionnaire and send back to sender. I logged into acrobat.com, found the file, opened it up and it is not editable. It does not let me type on the document which was why I converted it to Doc file in the first place.@Help?

I used to subscribe to Adobe Send now. I have just paid for the new system to send and track files but the send button is not available when i complete the send form and attach my file?

I receive a prompt telling me to renew my subscription.  I logged onto adobe to review and it shows that my subscription is active.  One thing to note is that somehow I was paying for two subscriptions and I called to cancel one of them.  I'm assuming they cancelled the one that I've been using on my computer.  So now, my next question is....how do I get the correct subscription on my computer?
