I subscribed to export pdf for one year.  When I chose to export pdf it prompted me to buy it.  I already bought it. It should go right into the process so I could change the pdf to word.  What happened and what should I do to fix this?

Hi, I'm using Exportpdf for the first time. I can sign in, no problem, but when I try to export my file, all I get is an invitation to subscribe, although I have the annual subscription (paid by CC 2 hours ago!).Thanks for any pointers.Verbosa

acrobat and reader were lost when my computer was cleaned after a hack. How do I retrieve them?

I am trying to download an app that needs the adobe air installer. I have adobe air installed, but when I download the app I want I get an error message that the installer file is damaged and to get a new one from the author. Is adobe the author and how can I get a new one installed so I can download my app. Any help will be appreciated.Teri R.

After opening a PDF document and wanting to convert it, I am unable to sign in to Adobe.  I click on the "sign in" which is in the upper right corner, a box momentarily appears and then disappears.  I am running Windows 8.1.  I do not have this problem on my laptop with Windows 7.

I exported a PDF to Word....it gave me an Adobe file.....looks like word doc.....when I open it it will not allow me to edit the document nor save it to as a word doc....????

How do I change the Insert Pages - Location DEFAULT from After to Before?

It's rather difficult to obtain an answer for this.  I cannot contact Adobe in any other way I can find.I was told, in one of these forums, by S. Forsberg, that my account was still in process.  I have not been able to use it and have not heard anything else from Adobe since 12/23.I'd like to cancel and get credited.  Can I address this issue with an Adobe staffer directly?

I'd like to know if it is possible to edit a pencast PDF in acrobat.  The pencast pdf has a .iml file and a .m4a file.  I can extract the .m4a file and edit it, but I don't know how to put it back in.  Does anyone have a suggestion? This page [adobe.com] indicates it might be possible but doesn't indicate how.

I cancelled on 27/11 and then had a notification advising that my subscription had been reacitivated on the same day. Also, there seems to now be two debits taken from my credit card for £27.34 and £22.46 on the same day - 30/12/14. On top of this the only way of speaking to Adobe seems to be through this forum!

lately everytime I try to convert a PDF to a Word Document an error comes up that states: "An error occurred while trying to access this service."  I have paid for the account - so what's the problem?  Tried restarting computer, various files and no luck.

We currently use GroupWise email which is mess that I hate but I have no control over that.  My issue is I can't connect SendNow to my address book and with the new version I have to type in each address in SendNow.  This process now takes me double the time it used to and more chance for error I might add.  My question is why can't SendNow remember my address's like the old version did so I don't have to type each on in?

I seem to be stuck in this loop that won't give me a clear and easy way to cancel this subscription! Very frustrating!
