I'm having trouble converting documents to PDF.  When converting It says:"Conversion Error", this is the first time it happens and are the same types of documents commonly convert.

Hi,j'ai vu que qqn prétendait avoir résolu  l'activation or c'est faux : il ya des cas particuliers : Ca ne fonctionne pas : j'ai installé  mais je ne peux pas activer . Il ne reconnait pas mon numero de serie .  Alors peut etre que ce que j'ai telechargé n'est pas le bon produit Alors comment faire pour telecharger le bon produit ?
