Hi, I have reviewed a pdf using acrobat on the iPad.  Marking it up with the pencil.   This resulted in 25 comments.When I go to document cloud, only 18 comments made it.  The remaining 7 are missing.   The iPad app says it is is fully synced.  The app is also up to date.     Its really really annoying!

How do I save docs in adobe fill and sign on ipad?

I am really, really angy and just wanted to warn other users: I used to save big documents and PDF books in Adobe Document cloud and comment on them. This way I could access them from multiple devices. Because I don't trust any cloud service 100% I used to make backups from time to time which unfortunately includes many manual steps when using Document Cloud. Unfortuantely, my last backup was made a couple of days ago so I lost a lot of work.What happend yesterday was something that I really did not expect from a so called "professional" document (!) cloud service: Acrobat DC became completely unresponsive during a save of the big PDF document into the cloud. After restarting I thought that I can simply reopen the doc but then I got a simple message that the file is damaged and cannot be recovered. Everything was simply gone! Can anyone tell me where I can find the plug-in for Outlook.  I loved Adobe SendNow for that very reason.  I do not like having to sign into Adobe Send and upload and have to go back and forth entering email addresses.  The Outlook plug in was fantastic ... I could attach the large files and then copy the author.  I had access to all my email contacts and could send the email to the author as a blind cc.  Now, I am sending a copy to the author who is in turn -- downloading the document all over again.  It makes no sense.I sent a large file earlier today and it kept saying that the person had to have an Adobe ID to view the document. So far I dislike Adobe Send.

I Need to upload some PDF files and the file size should be below 100KB.  I tried Adobe online compression tool but did not get the less than 100KB file.  Please guide! regards

HiI am unable to send esignature email to client.  When I do this, it says that it has successfully sent to recepient with a copy to me.But nothing happens.Neither the recepient nor I get the email.Could some one rectify this.When contacted, adobe, Sydney they are asking $199 for fixing the issue.Please check if anyone can help.Thanks in advance.Prasad

I have a single file that has 12 time sheets on it. Each time sheet needs to be Digitally signed via certificate. one ny one.  When I sign the first sheet it won't allow me to sign any more of the sheets? any ideas?

I can save to adobe document cloud and load files from it before on my iPad or iPhone by using the same account.  When I upgraded my iPhone to 14.5 , i click to "save to doucement cloud" , the loading sign besides the document keep flashing on both "home" and "doucument cloud" page, and my iPad cannot receieve anything from it.  I did the same way from iPad save file to document cloud, I can open and download the file on iPhone

I have a font installed on my computer called Avenir. It is not a common font so when I author documents and send them to others for review (who many not have Avenir installed), I save a copy of the Word doc as a PDF. This allows the document to maintains the "look and feel" that the final published copy will have without requiring the review team to have the special font. I've started to notice that when I do this, Adobe is seemingly injecting a font into the Word document that is messing up my styling sheet. When I come back to the document for edits or versioning, all these tiny little dots/periods litter the document, and I end up having to undo all this strange coding. For example, something that should read: "... select Reset to Default."Looks like this : "...select .Reset. to. .Default.." or when the style is removed: ""... select 9T9T9TReset9T9T9T 9T9T9Tto9T9T9T 9T9T9TDefault9T9T9T. How do I stop this from happening? I am using Office 360 and Adobe Acrobat P

When I try to combine my files, acrobat starts to get the files ready and then it shows that it has failed because of some error occurring. I even tried to combine files I have combined before and the same has happened to them, so I know that it is a problem with acrobat and not my files. How can I rectify this.

I have adope standard 2020. I combined 2 pdf files and realized later that I forgot to add a third. I cannot now add the third page using the same procedure I used to combine the first two pages. When I drag and drop the third page and hit "combine," that third page shows as "Binder xx" and there's no change to my main, two-page document. 

it started happening on Monday 4/19/2021. Each time I opened PDF file, it would freeze. And a pop up window would appear to ask me to send the error report. Does anyone know what is wrong with my PDF files?

Hello,I use Adobe Export PDF and when I convert a pdf to excel, the convesion numbers in Excel are wrong.The dot in the numbers are converted to ',' and vice versa.How can I configure it to do it properly?Thanks,

Is it possible to download comments or PDFs with comments attached to files stored in Creative Cloud's 'Synced Files' storage? https://assets.adobe.com/files Everything we download comes with just the bare PDF. If we open one of the synced files using Creative Cloud desktop client, it provides me the option to open a shared copy in Adobe Document Cloud, but we didn't use Adobe Document Cloud since we couldn't share multiple files or a folder with various collaborating teams - we had to share each file individually using Adobe Document Cloud, which became cumbersome. We had a project where files were shared using this medium, and comments received. We need to compile those comments, which we have a method for using Adobe Acrobat, but we can't seem to download the comments to work on. If there's an alternative within Creative Cloud we're open to options at this point.

I am filling in an AK court form that requires the name of defendant but it won't let me use the 2nd line for the name of the company 

I distribute a pdf file to about 1500 customers and the book is normally around  10-12MB. Right now we send to customer by email as a link on our server. Our problem is that some customers are not able to open file, we are not sure exactly why. This pdf is interactive and forms have submit button to return back to us with orders. This pdf goes to our customers weekly each Friday at 10 a.m. Is there an Adobe probduct that we could distribute the pdf in?  ANY suggestions would be great.  

Hi all,  I am trying to create a digital stamp to automate an existing invoicing process where we use a phyical stamp and handwrite in certain required fields. I am using the stamps tools in Acrobat Pro to create a dynamic stamp where I can stamp the documents as I received them and enter in the required fields.  This is the information I require on the stamp. I have created a stamp and then gone into in the prepare form tool to add in the text boxes so I can enter in the information. For whatever reason this hasn't worked out for me because each time I select the stamp it doesnt allow me to enter in the prepared fields.  Any help on this will be greatly appreciated!Regards,Saurav

Hello, I redact documents and they have to be word searchable.  I an using Adobe Acrobat DC and tried using the Scan OCR option in tools, Reconize text, all pages, and then click OK but it still gives me the message no words found even though I know I used a word that is on multiple pages.   Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,Kathy

How can I find the password to a  PDF for a temporary ID from the DMV it's asking for a password and I don't know it

I created a PDF and sent it to a colleague to using online Adobe sign.  Now it's signed, and I need to send the signed document to a third party, but the "share" option in tools and all the other options are disabled.   How do I send a signed document to a 3rd party? (I don't need another signature)
