Don't know if I am in the right place, It has been proven that using document cloud integration in Sharepoint to open pdfs will  absolutely not work if the file/folder/link character limit is over ~248. This means ANY pdf saved beyond that character limit up to 400 will not work with the integration of document cloud and sharepoint. My organization is very excited about moving to Sharepoint due to the 400 character limit amongst other reasons.  If we use Document Cloud integration we are telling them to keep from writing the extra ~150 characters sharepoint allows?  I can forsee tons of calls per day to support asking why they dont have permissions (which is what the generic error is).  spot this is provenm is here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/microsoft-office-365-sharepoint-error-message/td-p/11237448?page=1and primarily here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-online/unable-to-open-pdfs-in-sharepoint-online/m-

I've put a PDF in the Cloud section, so that everything I did would be synchronized everywhere. I have read 40 pages and highlighted everything I wanted, only to discover later that some highlights were saved and others did not. I have to read 20+ pages all over again.Why?!If I am in the cloud section and I highlight something, it takes ages for the "saving of x.pdf file completed" message to appear, even for highlighting one single word, and sometimes it doesn't appear at all! Instead when you use a PDF that you shared with yourself there is ALWAYS this bar showing the synchronization status (the cloud with the green dot). When I am in this mode (using a shared file), the syncronization is istantaneous and you see it so that you are sure that everything is saved, as it should be! Why isn't that the case for all documents in the "Cloud" section? Why? I wasted hours for nothing.  This bar should be always present in all the documents in the cloud section. &

How can I delete my recent files without removing them from my Document Cloud?

Hi  I have an issue regarding opening my pdf files from a sharepoint document library in Adobe Document Cloud. This issue is only a problem in Chrome. It works fine in Microsoft Edge and IE. I have cleared cache and cookies, allowed all cookies and restarted both browser and computer several times. Is there a problem with Chrome and Adobe Document Cloud?  Best Regards, Esben 

I have been unable to print from Adobe since the last upgrade using DC10. Printing from the top icon or printing from the file drop down does not work and it does not go to the spool file. I have to print from Outlook file, right click and Quickprint. The file cannot be open. I am wasting tons of time and paper this way. Help please

Hello.  We use Adobe scan and I just realized that it's saving already in the free adobe document cloud.  (Finally understanding the clouds.)  I'm a business owner and I'd like to be linked to my manager so she can scan and send docs to my adobe cloud.  When using Adobe scan, does it automatically send to a free adobe document cloud?  How do I invite her to share with mine?  How do I make it only parts of mine that she's linked to?  Basically, looking for privacy that she only has access to certain parts and also that she doesn't have to pay for extra cloud for herself.  I think she'd need to delete her scans eventually if it saved in her document cloud after scanning.  (I've used dropbox and google drive, but can't seem to find an invite for adobe.)  Thank you for your help, in advance.  Deb

Hi there,My organisation has recently started using Adobe Document Cloud and are continuing to encounter error messages. Whilst I know that these can sometimes be attributed to file path length, they also occur as a result of file size and transparency. In these latter cases, we need to flatten the transparency and then reduce the file size in order for them to become accessible. Because we are using the editing functionality for invoices via Adobe Cloud, this issue is extremely disruptive.  Is there another way around this issue which does not involve having to download, edit and compress a file - only to then re-upload and test said file? Thanks,Sara.

I have been asked to publish a PDF document that when anyone opens the document, 3 other related document would automatically open at the same time. Is this possible. The main document is a process on how to fill out three different forms. The wish is to have the other 3 forms open once the instructions are opened, without forcing the end user having to locate and clicking a link. is this possible?

In Acrobat, shared PDFs (mine as well as files shared by others) are deleted but remain in the shared document list, making it impossible to know which documents have completed their work cycle. Clicking the document gives the error message: "File Not Found. The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session." Selecting the document's check box, the management tools are completely absent. We are using the Share With Others tool.

We have deployed Adobe Document Cloud PDF Experience for Office 365. The user has set the default browser to IE 11 (for using legacy business applications). There are PDF documents in a SharePoint Online document library, and the user wants to open them in Adobe Document Cloud, so he can markup and annotate.Using IE11, he does see the option to Open in Adobe Document Cloud when he opens his OneDrive webpage, and then uses the left navigation pane to navigate to the SPO document library. But when he browses directly to the SharePoint Online site, and then opens the SPO document library, then he does not see the option to Open in Adobe Document Cloud (only sees Open in browser)His "trusted sites" are configured as specified here: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/office365-configuring-sharepoint-onedrive.html Please recommend a fix for this. This is probably such a basic question. But, I am brand new to Office 365 and Adobe DC. I am used to having to email myself anything I want to read/review away from my office desktop computer. How do I make the PDF's that I can see on my desktop at work, automatically viewabe to the Cloud, thereby viewable on other computers/devices? I had this crazy idea that it would all sync without me doing anything. Thanks for any help you can offer. 

Hi there, pardon me if this question has been asked but I would like to know whenever i scan something by means of Adobe Scan and it gets synced to the cloud - are my scans private? If so, how do i verify the privacy settings?  Kind regards
