Is there any way to use my own Synology NAS for a Storage Account in Adobe Reader DC?So when I click on "Add an Account", then I can use my Synology NAS network credentials and access PDF books & documents stored on my Synology NAS -- instead of Dropbox or Google Drive etc.

Hi, I am trying to send a document for signature from Word using the 'Request Signature' button in top right hand corner but get the error message:  "Adobe cannot convert this file using Create PDF online service" What does this mean?

I have been using the online vs with my chromebook for atleast 3 weeks.  Up unitl yesterday, I have been able to use all available services.  Today I am not.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I bough Acrobat pro for my iPad and wanted to edit text on my pdf page . There is no tools to edit text on pdf or erase text on pdf. May I know how to erase text that is on PDF?

Hi Can anyone help me? I have a PPT that has been exported as a PDF. When you click on an object/link it flashes up a colour around it to show its been clicked. Does anyone know how to remove this? Its like a mouse down state. Basically I do not want anything to flash when you click on it. Thanks

I am having trouble signing in to a pdf document.  The first two fields in the pdf are username and password which are required to look up information from a particular source.  When I click the login button I get the following error: Warning: JavaScript Window -The form is currently unable to connect to the internet, please check your internet connection settings and try again. If problems persist, contact your System Administrator. (142) Can anyone help please?  I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2020.009.20063 on a Macbook. 

Hi there. Quite desperate. A crucial workbook that I had completed on my phone did not seem to want to be re-sent (the option to send was not available to me). The option to send would not appear. I figured I would un-share the file and then be given the portion to re-share, whereupon I could select who I could/would share my completed pdf workbook. After I clicked unshare and clicked back on the pdf file it says "Unable to open file" and "Unshared files can't be opened on the mobile device. Please open the file on the web or in your desktop app." I cannot access the pdf file on the phone so I have come onto the laptop to access the file. I have Adobe Reader on my laptop. Please can you layou exactly how I can get access to the file I unshared around half an hour ago. I have saved the file and sent it from my email account. When I tried to log into adobe my email address was not recognised so I have just set up an account to be able to submit this que

I am able to convert small documents but when I tried to convert a big one 56MB, after upload it (cloud or desktop), I am receiving an error message "Conversion Failured". Conversion for .rtf shows the same.Any suggestion ?

How can I Sync My Creative Cloud to My Document Cloud PDF Services?

Is there a way to resolve multiple comments at one time in the document cloud service. I have tried to select a bunch (which is allowed) but whenever I right click and resolve it only resolves the one comment. Not sure why we have the function to select a bunch of comments if we can't resolve or take action on multiple comments at one time.

When I try to convert documents, the result is a mainly blank document with only the graphics showing and most text missing and the rest just unreadable  -eeeeee.........---------eeeeee etc!help!

I can't turn off the function.  Every time I open a PDF file on my desktop it starts the export function.  I have lots of PDFs that I just want to read and attach to emails. I do not want to export them to create a Word document.

A very odd happening.Acrobat DC. Form has templates used to create dynamic pages. All works fine until I use the Document Cloud Compress utility.The compressed document 'seems' to be ok, but check boxes on the generated pages, when selected disappear only to reappear when another something is clicked. In addition, there are buttons that never appear but function (if you know where to click).From all appearances all seems the same, but it is not.Any suggestions?Thanks, Alex

We just converted to Adobe 2020 and noticed you cannot send a PDF as an email attachment.  Can you?   We don't want to send an email with the link embedded in the email.  The email address is from Adobe, so no one can respond to your email.  If they do, they receive an "undeliverable" email.   What does one do now?  Does that mean you have to take an extra step to save the pdf to your computer and then send a separate email and attach the pdf file? Thank you!

I am trying to convert a PDF file that is 63MB using the Adobe Export PDF program. After many unsuccesful tries I do not know what to do. Can anyone assist in this matter?

Hi there. How do I re-name a shared file in my Adobe Document Dloud. I do not have FILE as a drop-down or drop-up option on my Document Cloud. I paid to get extra features and still do not get the options, or cannot see the options, to SAVE or RE-NAME shared documents. Shared files from my Adobe Document Cloud Account as open on my laptop, are not downloading onto my  actual laptop (I have Adobe Reader 9 on my laptop).

How do I retrieve a file from my iPad once it has been sent to the Adobe cloud?

I've formatted my USB after it was corrupted and in an attempt to recover deleted files I used a third party software. Unfortunately all the "recovered" pdf files were corrupted.Is there any hope for uncorrupting these pdf files?
