Adobe Fill and SignWhere do deleted files go and can I get them back.

I work for the US Army Recruiting Command, and we are searching for a fax solution. I have been told Adobe has a fax capability. Is this true, and if so, how does it work? I have seen several mentionings online, but I haven't been able to find anything definitive . V/rJohn

I suddenly can't access document cloud via app or online. I can't open any documents saved there or save anything else in there, is there a technical issue at the moment?

Since I'm apparently not allowed to contact Adobe directly in any manner unless I buy a few hundred dollars worth of product...I have a user trying to convert PDF's in Acrobat. We get an error that states there is no internet connection. We clearly have one. I bypassed the DNS for kicks and I didn't get that error, but I can't allow users to run around the DNS server because that's a ridiculous way to fix this issue.We get a different error when having her sign into cloud.adobe.com/exportpdf. I'm guessing it still revolves around a resource being blocked by DNS.If someone has some tips to get this working, that would be great. If someone can at least turn me to a place where I can contact Adobe directly, that would be also be appreciated.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY SEARCH HISTORY?

I have a 12 month Adobe pdf pack subscription and have been using for 9 months.  For some reason I am no longer able to access and am prompted to 'Subscribe Now'. Technical support have not been able to resolve; they have run the creative cloud cleaner tool. I've cleared browing history in MS Edge and Chrome, opened in incognito mode, logged on using a different computer, but nothing makes a difference.Please help someone ... I'm desperate for a solution.

Hi all, I am new to document collaboration through acrobat.   I have just marked up a 76-page document with 1300 comments for review that I would like to share with my client.   When I "send for comments" I get an error message that there is a 1000-comment limit when sharing.  I need all the comments to remain there.  How can I override this limit and share the document?

When opening mail and trying to send a large document wit Send&Track, it asks for logging in to Adobe, which I already am logged in.  Can't get help from Adobe on-line chat either.  Please help.

I saved a fillable PDF from the web, filled it out and clicked share. Now, a blank white widow is covering the form and all is frozen. There was alot of research went into filling it out and I'm hoping there's a way to at least see the form again.Help greatly appreciated!

We have integrated Adobe file handler succesfully and some users have had no problems. However a few users dont see the option in sharepoint to open in document cloud. I¨ve checked in Azure/applications that they are assigned to adobe. Clearing cache dit not help and it seems as its a problem with the accounts as they have tried to access files from a persons browser that can open in document cloud.

It did not work, and after discussion we decided the best option would be to remove it.I used the instructions, found here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/office365-configuring-sharepoint-onedrive.html to uninstall it. But it is persisting for my users, despite no longer showing up on my Enterprise Apps control panel.Please advise the best way to completely remove it from Sharepoint/OneDrive. We are interested in taking our 200-page workbook online. The workbook includes exercises and Q&A...we are able to use a fillable pdf to make this work. We can send it to clients but it seems like it is easy to get around the security features. Is there a way to host the fillable PDF (for each buyer) with all the features ie underline, notes/comments etc. that is savable for later classroom reference?  

Is there a way to get Document Cloud respect initial view properties set to a pdf document? When I share a pdf on Document Cloud, the link opens the file on "fit to window width" view despite the "initial view" property of the document.  Put in the user story format:As a user, I want to share my pdf document to others via a Document Cloud link so that the document will have the "initial view" of my preference when the other person opens the document.Or if that isn't possible,As a user, when I share my pdf document to others via a Document Cloud link, I want the document to open in "fit full page" view so that the other person can see the whole page at once. Is there a way to do either and if, how?

Hi, I want to access to my scanned images that I made with Adobe Scan with my cell phone from my laptop. I can see my scanned images on Adobe Document Cloud with my cell phone, but not with my laptop when I open my Adobe account to access to Adobe Document Cloud. I am having difficulty in converting I.R.S. pdf tax forms to word. Important lines in the I.R.S. 1040 tax form pdf are unreadable after conversion. What am I doing wrong? Garrett111

Hi,I am in the process of deploying the 'Adobe Document Cloud PDF Experience for Office 365' on our O365 tenancy. But before being able to proceed with this, can someone please point me towards any documentation which describes the security aspects of the integration between Microsoft and Adobe Cloud. I am particularly concerned about the fact that when the user opens a PDF document on a SharePoint document library, it opens it through the following url https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration/xxxxx. Hello,I have several licenses of Acrobat 2015 Standard purchased through Lenovo bundled with the PC at the time of purchase.  Lately, we have been having a problem with my clients and they get the error message in the subject of this post "Adobe Send & Track encountered a problem with one of your attachments" when attaching any file type of any size to a new email in Outlook. Here are all the steps I have tried to resolve the matter.1. Cleared my Adobe cloud storage2. Removed the software, reinstalled the software, updated the software, signed in to Adobe cloud account, still get the same error3.
