Can we share .zip files using Document Cloud? I am able to upload the file, but unable to share it.Returns with Error: Sharing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. 

Two questions. 1. Where do I delete files from to free up space? 2. What do I use now to send multiple files since this feature was removed?

I'm on a Mac using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC v2019.021.20061. Since this update, "Sharing" a Portfolio only sends the first pdf. How can I share entire Portfolio with all the documents intact?

Who can see/search my files? How can I make files private? Why does my phone tell me that I have to agree to make my files public in order to upload them on Adobe.com?Thanks in advance

Hi: I need to scan thousands of documents and upload them to a site for easy reference with 10 employees of my company.  Can I do that with Adobe Document Cloud? 

Hello! Within the in-browser Acrobat (Adobe Document Cloud), there is currently no way to validate digital signatures. Users still have to download the PDF and open the PDF in Adobe Reader/Acrobat in order to validate digital signatures. Is there a way to validate digital signatures in the web browser? For years I entrusted my most important pdf files to the free document cloud pdf services through my Adobe account. Worked great. However, this month I bought a subscription to creative cloud. As a result it seems all my earlier saved pdf documents have disappeared. Now the document cloud PDF services simply says: "There aren't any files in Document Cloud yet". Does this means all my saved files have gone? Is there any way to get access to my previously saved files?  I entrusted these documents to Adobe given their claim that this service is reliable.

So when I open Creative Cloud on my desktop, I have a link to "cloud documents" that takes me to where my supposed documents in the cloud are. However, nothing shows up there. I even have some files that are in a "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my PC that was automatically added when I installed creative cloud. However, when I scan documents, they don't show up in either of these places. So is there a THIRD place I should be looking for my documents in? All of this cloud stuff is extremely confusing, from libraries to documents, to more. I'm skeptical of the new Photoshop save to cloud feature because of this as well. I just don't know how to get to my own stuff.

I have just spent an hour with technical support who seem not to understand this basic question. If you have Document Cloud, is there a local folder where you can place your files so that you have them in two places—locally in a folder, and in the cloud. It doesn't seem like a difficult thing to ask, yet they've taken me around the block and back again talking about mobile apps and other services!Does Document Cloud work like DropBox or OneDrive, or GoogleDrive, where you have a dedicated folder on your desktop where the files reside and they sync with Document Cloud. Because if that is the service, I don't have that folder. 

I keep attempting to compress a pdf file but a error screen pops up saying it cannot complete this request and that I should contact support. I did that and they sent me here. 

We have linked our Sharepoint site to Adobe Document Cloud, so now the default 'open' Action for PDFs stored in SharePoint is to open them in the browser enviroment hosted at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration/ This environment does not allow you to fill/interact with PDF forms. Hello, I'm currently using Adobe Fill & Sign and there are some parts on my PDF that need to be filled in by cells/blocks.I did use the corresponding cell/block filler but when I tried to save the pdf after editing, all the letters look like it was incorrectly misplaced on each cell/block. Is there any way I could fill-up the form and get the same format/look when I save them?

When I scan documents the app tells me it is being saved to the cloud. Can these be deleted from the cloud? if so how?

Adobe Pro DC.  Using the new Document Cloud. I am using Document Cloud to use a template to send to a client to fill in info & sign.  The completed form has confidential information on it.  I assume client opens it in the document viewer & that the form is secure through submitssion (when i receive it).  Issue:  Adobe automatically sends client a completed form through email.  I want a link to adobe, not transmit through the email.  How do I change this? Also, any different suggestions on how to have a client fill out basic information form & have it sent to me securely?  They should not need to download the form, fill it in & upload again --

My files saved on the IPad, are not uploading on Document Cloud. At first, it says the file is saved, but then a red notification informs it was unable to upload the file to Documet Coud. 

When I try to convert a scanned PDF document to a word document, it has white-outs in signatures and hieroglyphic characters imbedded in signatures and dates as well.

I didn't know I was using a trial version of PDF files and now I can't do anything with them and I keep getting a notice for the 2015 version as I have the 2014 cc. If I have to purchase the 2015, will it be the download version or will I get the software version?

how do I integrate Document Cloud on Finder on the Mac?  I am running Catalina.  I have ICloud and Microsoft's OneDrive integrated.  I use a lot of .pdf documents and it's truly a pain to have to exit, start Adobe, open a document and then save it where I want it.  thanks!

Our Organization has users using Send and Track.  If the department manager and/or Security Officer wants to review what files they are uploading and sharing,   how would they go about this?   I have control over our company's licensing portal,  but don't see anything for managing the Send and Track files Thank you,
