when i convert my pdf files to word some pictures do not appear and some of words change

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble converting files to Word format. Are you using the ExportPDF online service, or converting via Acrobat?

Can you please tell me more about the files that you're converting? How were those PDF files created? The quality of the conversion depends on the quality of the PDF files you're converting--and that can vary depending how what/how they were created. Sometimes, you can have better luck by disabling OCR as outlined in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community (but that's not an optimal solution if the PDF was created from a scanned document and doesn't already include searchable text).

Please tell me more about the files you're converting, so we can get to the root cause of the issue.
