Why can't I download my newly created PDFs?

In the last few days I cannot do anything with the PDFs that I am creating.  Creating the documents from word or powerpoint is fine, i can even merge several PDFs into one new PDF but I cannot do anything with the resulting file other than view.  The download button doesn't work and the share file link just produces an error message.  It's a pretty useless piece of software if you can't do anything with the end product

    Hi,

    I am sorry for the trouble you had experienced with our service.

    Download button does not work: Do you mean nothing happen after clicking the button?

    Share file link produce error:  What kind error message did you get?

    Have you tried using the service in other browsers?

    Please let me know if you still have the same issues.

    Nothing happens after clicking the download button

    The error message just refers to 'error producing...' then repeats the file link reference

    I'm using Firefox on a windows 8 machine.  The same problem on internet explorer
