Hi guys! I'm opening this one in English, because I hope, that our fellow colleagues from other zones/countries will add their own ideas (and maybe concerns) related to the new forums as well. While being able to read threads from other countries' contributors is highly appreciated from my (and I guess everyone's!) side, I just came across a post over at the MSG, which revealed a problem which should have been pretty obvious: Yesterday, some of us Germans re-opened three of our "old threads" under the same titles, as we have used them for years. But people who don't speak German (of course) don't have *any idea* what those titles mean and consequently whether they're worth reading - so my first suggestion is:1. We need a translate button/function for the forum titles, too.Second, a question: 2. Will these forums be moderated in any way and who are our moderators now?Feel free to continue, everyone! I am so irate with Adobe and their complete lack of customer service the last few months. Seven months ago I decided to try Adobe Stock as I am part of a non-profit and had to make a poster and flyers for a Christmas activity. After using one photo, I cancelled my subscription. Fast-forward to April and my husband (who is in charge of tracking the finances) alerts me that I have been charged $30 a month for Stock. So I essentially paid Adobe $128.16 for ONE photo I used for a poster I did for a NON-profit organization! This trial they offer with Stock is a well-known scam with Adobe (check the forums or just Google). I am an extremely responsible person and always cancel trials in time. After talking to someone on chat, they cancelled my subscription without a cancellation fee but refused to reimburse me for the 7 months I didn't use Stock, which they can surely see on their end was not used. Hi, I have bought and downloaded an image (400876347) on AdobeStock, but now I have the high res version, it is not high enough quality to use - I need it for reference for a detailed drawing, and it is just too grainy.
Just spent about an hour in support chat and remote access with support because they INSISTED that something was wrong with my latest version of Illustrator or I was doing something wrong. As I knew from the beginning and was simply trying to report and get my single asset credit back, the vector file for #465042291 is completely empty (JPEG is fine but useless to me). The support person, after all that back and forth, me demonstrating and providing remote access, explaining over and over, transferring me three times to other support folks, finally said, "the file is corrupted before you even downloaded it." Ummmm, yes, that's what I was trying to tell you 3 support people ago. Avoid the support chat like the plague for issues like this.
I cancelled my pay monthly photography plan 6 months ago and was enrolled into an anual pay monthly contract almost days later. I have tried to get help from their support and they are unbelievely unhelpful - they have provided me with numbers that do not work and are trying to charge me even more to cancel the account or lock me in longer by offering free months. I have never used this subscription and rather than helping cancel they are trying to lock me in for more months? This is a con! I cannot cancel through paypal as it is set up as a direct debit. I have emailed, called, been left on hold for hours without receiving any help or ANY RESPONSE back. I cant afford this subscription. I have been contacting them since April without help and want a refund and to cancel my subscription. ANY help will be amazing

Hi folks. I'm hoping this is a "stupid question" and there is some really easy and intuitive way to do this. I just want to make a library (or folder) of music tracks from Stock to share with my editors (on the same enterprise account). It seems on the web app this is not possible, and within Premiere, if I try to search music in libraries, it takes me to the web app (ie: https://stock.adobe.com/) Please help, thanks in advance! Penalisation and profiteering from Adobe, I couldn't agree more with Nate. I also feel tricked Into signing up to Adobe stock. I Asked to pause my membership for 6-months while taking leave from my design work. The answer was No and here is a cancellation fine. I thought Adobe was a more progressive company beyond catching people out with T&C small print.Mark.
Libraries will not load... seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I'm currently on a 30 day free trial but this is definitely an issue that will prevent me from any further subscription.
I work for a non-profit and was looking for an image of a school-aged little girl to use in a marketing piece. The search pulled up several strange and inappropriate images of children. I'm honestly a bit rattled and hope adobe does something to fix this and protect kids.
I wanted to license a piece of music from Adobe Stock. But I only get the opportunity to buy a monthly or yearly plan.I'm quite sure that I bought one piece of music some months ago. Has something changed? Is it not possible to license one piece of music?
On August 2 we purchased a 40 credit pack for our team using our admin account and used 17 credits that same day, but when I logged into Adobe stock yesterday and today they're not showing up anymore for us to use. I should have 23 credits left for the team to use.When I log in to our admin account in the console, I can see the balance used of 17/40 but when on Adobe stock they aren't showing under available quota anymore. I tried to contact support via chat yesterday but they couldn't help and transferred me to 3 different people.
This doesn't help when the stock image was used in a composite and all masks and adjustments have been set but the image just wont go from the preveiw to the licensed one. I'm having this problem as well. All other images I've licensed quickly update from watermarked to licensed but there is one that will not. I've added all images in the same manner but one wont convert. My only option is to rework the art with the licensed version and that is unfortunate and wastes time.
Hello, I have just started a plan and did not know what the blue license button was on the bottom of photos and tapped it. Now I have this file in my library that I cannot use!FILE #: 424515074 Is there a way to release this or get a credit back?The interface is a little confusing.Diane

Hallo, unter meinem Adobe Stock Konto habe ich eine Bibliothek angelegt, die ich über Wochen gefüllt habe (es sind ca. 600 Bilder in der Bibliothek). Nun habe ich letzte Woche diese Bibliothek in Photoshop geladen und normal weiter arbeiten können. Seit Freitag wird mir aber über den Browser im Adobe Konto statt meiner Bibliothek nur noch folgende Fehlermeldung angezeigt: "Ihre Bibliotheken konnten nicht geladen werden. Versuchen Sie es erneut, indem Sie alle Bibliotheken anzeigen." Wenn ich dann auf "Bibliotheken anzeigen" klicke kommt die nächste Fehlermeldung "Bibliotheken konnten nicht geladen werden". Über die Creative Cloud oder im Photoshop bekomme ich die Bibliothek noch angezeigt aber eben nicht mehr über den Browser. Auch auf anderen Rechnern tritt das Problem mit meinem User Konto auf. Auch ein Wechsel der Browser hat nichts gebracht. Auch die Anwendung des "AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool" brachte nichts. Leider kann ich auch keine neue Bibliothek anlegen. A

I recently bought the "minimal corporate titles" essencial graphic from adobe stock web. It is the version 1.4 and my premiere pro is 14.0v. They are suppostly compatible. Afterwards I added succesfuly the MOGRT archive. But it doesnt work properly. When I drag the titles to the timeline appears all the titles at the same time and I cant choose one of then specificly in the essencial graphics panel. The lines of the motions appeart in red color as well, and this is a failure cause they are supposed to be withe. What is happening? Is the file corrupted?

Sometimes I search for photos and the result is a variety of photos of different sizes. Naturally, I would expect if a picture is for example 1000pixels by 1000 pixels to appear smaller than 2000pixels by 2000 pixels but it seems the search results are not working that way.This is getting even worse if the picture that you have taken has been vertical instead of horizontal. So the question that I have is what are the criteria here? Is it random? Is it the aspect ratio? Any insight will be appreciated. Thank you
Hello,If I purchase a month-to-month subscription for 249,99 USD, after that I will download 750 standard images to my PC. Then I will cancel my subscription within the first month. Can I use 750 downloaded images for commercial purposes (under the terms of standard license) even after I have cancelled my subscription? Thank you.
