I have not used my adobe account throughout the summer so I have not really been aware of it, but now that I last logged in, it turned out that I have paid for adobe stock for three months. It's a really high monthly cost for me as a student - and I have not even bought this feature ?! When I'm going to finish my plan, I'm going to pay a huge cost because I'm "pulling out". I have used Adobe's "photographer plan" for over a year and am very pleased with it. In fact, Adobe's stock, I do not even know what it is. I have tried to get in touch with adobe in the chat, but no response has been received. Are there any more involved in this? Will it solve? I really can not pay so much for something that I do not even understand how it happened to my account?

Hi,   I am just looking for some general guidance regarding editing and uing adobe stock video footage.  Can anyone advise if editing video footage is permitted (primarily just talking about changing colours) after I have purchased and downloaded a stock image?   Thanks for any help in advance, Matt

I have an Adobe account that provides access to Adobe Stock images. Issue: When I download files labeled "License for free" and open in Photoshop, they are watermarked. If they are free with my account, then why are they watermarked? Is there a way to access non-watermarked versions? Needless to say, free or not watermarked images are of no use to me. Thanks.

Apologies for yet another release question but file id:528974262 - which is a AI generated surreal digital painting (not photo realistic) ...has been rejected even though I created a property release - I filled in my artist name, signature and contact details in both sections (property owner and property information)-The review came back stating  "We can't accept your image into our collection until you provide a completed and correct model release and/or property release."Attached is a small low res sample of the image:Should I have perhaps filled in and completed the "Description & Location" input field and write and decribe that it is Artificial Intelligence generated digital art?There is obviously no real person to contact for a model release and I have filled in that I am the rights owner and artist of it but perhaps without specifically mentioning this in property release Adobe might worry it is stolen work from another artist?Also, is there any future keywords

Can I use an extended license image for resale on more than 1 product? For example, can I buy one license for one image, but then use that image on variety of products for resale, such as tshirts, mugs etc? Or would I need a license for each product type? Thanks

I would like to buy an image, with an extended license, for resale as 'print on demand'.  Does an extended licence allow that image to be edited in Photoshop? In order to create different versions of the original?(For example if I were to edit the colours or add some text?) Or would editing the original image mean that I would need to license each edited version of the image too? Thank you!

I just purchased an image, and after downloading can see it is actually a fake generated landscape image of very poor quality. Totally unusable. No mention it is a fake image. I want a refund! Image 381432304

Ayer elimine del plan mi "adobe stock-10 contenidos al mes" de un año y quisiera tenerlo de vuelta.el tema es que me cobran $97.000 en ellos y queria evitarlo de ser posible. la otra persona que usa el servicio si estaba usando adobe stock. es posible recuperar "adobe stock-10 contenidos al mes" con el costo que tenia ($20.400 + 19%)? es que no me alcanza para pagar $81,600 + 19% agradesco de antemano su ayuda

Should I buy extended license for the image? 2. if yes, i am going to purchase 10 units of image. What will be the best option to save my cost ? Just purchase the license individually or subscribe 1 month plan and get the 20% discount?(there is no info on how  many extended license i can get discounted under the subscription plan!) Thanks

I bought a what I thought was a font, and now I can't even use it. It's a Retro pixel with a title saying that I can edit it, and use it as a font. I am so confused because I can't do that. Please help. I have tried to open it in AI and I still can't convert it to a font nor edit the picure. 

Just bought the adobe CC package and bought stock with it. I'm trying to get this image 120419829 to use on a photo I'm editing in Ps. I'm a relative novice at this stuff, so please be patient. If I copy the image directly into photoshop from my library, it has no transparent background and gray and white squares (that should be the transparent part) can be seen on the image in PS. If I open the image in Ai and hide the transparent layer, then when I copy the ball across to Ps the ball appears by itself but with a more solid white colour which makes the image useless. How can I get only the ball with its transparency to Ps?

Hi there,    I have an adobe stock subscription and I am wanting to use some illustrations as part of a branding project. The illustrations would be sent to the client. Therefore would I need to get an additional license for these illustrations? I've been reading some posts but the information seems to be conflicting. Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi, my client has just made an Adobe Stock 10 image account, with 30 days of free evaluation before charging.  And she passed me the login and password to download the images, but when I tried to do that, Adobe asked me for her credit card info again, even though she had already signed the plan from her computer.  Is it standard, to give the credit card again from another computer, or maybe something went wrong?    Thank you,  Carla

Hi all, We are currently interested in an image  (Adobe Stock #386690304) that suits our creative direction and we intend to use it on outdoor media. Unfortunately for us, it's labeled as an editorial only image. It's roughly agreed during our discussions that the reason the image is marked as Editorial Only is due to several company logos attached to the image. (do correct us if we're wrong.) My question is as follows:1) Is it possible if we purchased the image and removed the logos?2) Will that be okay for the image to be used on billboards and other non editorial media?3) Is there a way to convert the photos from editorial only to "general use" image? Thank you in advance.

Images won't update automatically in my library after licensing since updating Indesign to the latest version. I now have to download an image from the Stock website and replace it in Indesign. Why did it stop updating? 

Am I right in thinking images purchased via the free trial cannot be used to put on tshirts but are ok for website images?
