Hello, I want to cancel my adobe stock subscription. The system only lets me to do that If pay extra money. It's an annual subscription, paid monthly. They didn't send me any notice that my billing automatically starts over for another year, and I don't need the service anymore. Does anyone have an idea how to end the subscription without paying extra money? Thank you!
Hi there, I know many have asked this question, but I can't unsubscribe from the Adobe Stock trial subscription. My order number is AE01122402351CIT, can someone tell me how to proceed?THX so much Alberto
All of a sudden I am unable to save images to my default library in Adobe Stock images. I click the heart and it comes up with a notation that it did save it, but when I go into the library none of my images are in there. I've tried to delete several old images (which is only a total of 61 images, so not overexceeded), it tells me they are deleted. But when I go back into the library, all the "deleted" images are still in there, and none of my new images are saved. I read through some of the comments and have tried to "delete permanently" from the CC website, but it gives me an error stating that some of the files could not be permanently deleted. Even when I try to delete them inidividually. This is so frustrating, just want to save images in to the library for a project before commiting to downloading.
Hello, I have 750 Plan credits per month and that includes audio too. Whenever I try to license audio I'm getting this message within a pop-up window: You cannot license this asset This asset cannot be licensed. I'm in the right region. I'm searching through the search bar and trying to license random audio but the same is happening. Customer support couldn't fix my issue for more than a week. They're not responsive and I don't think they have enough knowledge to solve my problem. Sometimes they even leave the live chat without saying anything. I wasn't able to escalate my case to any upper support tier. Can anyone help how I can achieve this problem? Thanks,

Hi,I downloaded this image https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/sommerwiese/116084792?prev_url=detail it's a vector of a blue sky with grass. When I open up my download it's actually a pale green bokeh style background. Completely unrelated to the image I downloaded. I've never had this happen before and it is definitely a problem your end as I've re-downloaded the image and it is always wrong. Anyone know who to contact to rectify this? Thanks!
Hello,I bought the Extended License of an illustration that is almost identical to the BTS logo (a Korean k-pop band). I am new to this, and I am not sure if I can use this image in my merchandise, even though Adobe's "License Terms" and "Terms and Conditions" clearly state that I can use the image for commercial purposes. I am wondering if I break any trademark laws and if I could get sued by Big Hit Entertainment (the company that owns BTS).The image that I bought is herehttps://stock.adobe.com/search?load_type=search&native_visual_search=&similar_content_id=&is_recent_search=&search_type=usertyped&k=bts&asset_id=467649058And this is the official trademarked BTS logo:https://branddb.wipo.int/branddb/jsp/data.jsp?SOURCE=USTM&KEY=87946742&TYPE=jpg&qi=0-NymvUSuvC3JvC4502szRU+OcCUxKkP++bSZshZJr1xo=I'm new at this and I really don't know how these things work.If anyone with actual knowledge about copyright/trademark can enlighten me, it would be very, v
In Stock, I can drag in a photo and it will come up with a 'best match'Can I do the same in Audio ?
Hello,I hope you can help me, I bought an image by mistake on the web,#395942734Sorry for the mistake. You can check that I have not downloaded it.Thanks.
I bought an image of a bubble on Adobe Stock...it is transparent in the image...with a checkerboard background...so in normal circles this means the background is transp. However, I see there is no such thing as a trans image inot Adobe Stock. This image is in AI/EPS format if that helps. I am using Illustrator CC. I only see 1layer in the layers panel. Please tell me if I have any options or I've wasted time and money on a stupid bubble checkerboard design.
Hello,I want to purchase an asset subscription for my daughter. She is currently a college student and has free access to all Adobe apps through her school. She will graduate in 2 years. My question is this: will my daughter be able to continue to use the assets I purchased for her after she graduates? She will not be able to use her school e-mail address after she graduates and will have to get a new e-mail address. The adobe account login is through her school e-mail. Is it as simple as her downloading these assets onto her hard drive and then upload them again into her new account? Will the license for these assets still be valid in her new account? Or will she have to re-pay licensing for them? Is there a better way for her to go about this? I'd hate to buy her a subscription now and have her lose everything in two years. Hope this makes sense. Thank you!
Hello I needed an image to use in a blog so subcribed to this site. I now wish to end my subscription as I no longer need any more images and just checking its still ok to use the image as I downloaded while I was paying Regards, Helen
I often swap between the free and licensable stock images searching for the perfect file. I accidentally licensed an image AGAIN. Normally I receive a "are you sure you want to use one of your licenses" notification but I didn't get one and once again licensed a completely useless file. I've done this probably 6 or 7 times over the past year and am hoping there is a way to remove the licensed image from my library and hopefully get credit(s) returned Please help!! Trevor
Hello Adobe...? Real User, Real Question...Is there no way to export our enterprise stock account license history to a CSV file for auditing? Not the actual assets but downloading the information about stock usage, enterprise wide by username.Who would have known people would steal content.
The only image I currently want licensed in my account is 251122499. Can you remove the other 6 and/or give me credits for them? They haven't been used and won't be.
First time using the interface. I clicked a button I thought would explain the differences between the two kinds of licenses for this image, but it downloaded the image and licensed it to me instead. If I delete it from my library, will I receive an automatic credit? Can you credit me for this image? The image in question is file # 306701294
Seriously Adobe...? Is there no way to export our enterprise stock account license history to a CSV file for auditing? Not the actual assets but downloading the information about stock usage, enterprise wide. So our company can't determine if downloaded assets are being used outside the company? Fantastic! Who would have known people would steal content. This is right up there removing 360 panorama editing out of photoshop.
How does the Free section on Adobe Stock work? Are these really photo assets that are available to use without a subscription? I clicked on a couple to see what happens and they became licensed.
In haste, I just applied for the Adobe stock subscription with a typo in the account email address. As I cannot receive the account confirmation email I am extremely worried I will be charged monthly for an account I cannot use. I'm trying to resolve this with Adobe but I cannot find a contact email address or phone number to call. I am posting from this free account with the correct email address. Could someone please tell me how I can resolve this? I want to change the email address of the account with the typo in it, or merge the two accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Does anyone know if there is a way to see libraries across multiple users? For example we have a company license and need to see what each designer has downloaded or saved to a library. As it is I can only see the libraries I have created. Thanks in advance! Cheers!
Licensed a stock image and the adobe watermark is removed however the image still contains the orginal artists labeling when its downloaded. Not sure how to continue about getting it removed. https://stock.adobe.com/images/luxury-terrazzo-flooring-tiles-pattern-texture-vector-terrazzo-pattern-texture-vector-design-terrazzo-pattern/443587368 https://stock.adobe.com/images/tiles-of-vintage-seamless-patterns-for-wallpaper-design-set-of-repeating-background-swatches-in-vintage-renaissance-style-vintage-wallpapers-tiles-with-baroque-ornaments/386897941 Thank you in advance. I had a fellow coworker purchase credits on our Adobe Stock account, even though we have a monthly subscription and plenty of credits. I received an email saying that our credits would expire within the next month. How do I use the credits instead of using our assets? We currently have 5 credits and 43 assets. Any standard content that we want to download automatically comes out of our assets. Do I have to use all of my assets before it will allow me to use the credits? Tried talking to Adobe chat and was just given links to all of the things that I have already read and they still do not answer my question. I have tried looking at premium content, but everything I pull up has a price to be paid and not an option for credits. Can anyone help me?
I've read through the forums and most reasons given are because a libarary name has special characters in it. I checked all my libraries and none have special characters. It was working this morning and then stopped working. I have not added any new libraries between the working and non-working events. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi. I'm looking at using an HDRI background image in a 3D composite. It will be an integrated sky background to an environment and have color compositing that modifies the colors and integrates it into the scene. Is this under the modified images for Adobe stock since it will be modified to be seen as the sky in the background of the composite? To my understanding this modifies the image and I don't need to add attribution to it. Also if it's going to be in a video that goes up online at some point potentially going over 500,000 views does that mean I need the extended license for usage? Thanks for the advice
