Hello! For the past two moths I've been charged EUR 36,89 (that's EUR 29,99 + EUR 6,90 TAX) for something thats named: STKS,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUE,001,N/A which I honestly cannot recall buying. Checking my active plans on my account page it doesn't show any active plans beside my Photography plan. Can anyone tell me what are they charging me for?

Can you add more images of printed tees, actual t-shirts with printed design, graphics and with models wearing graphic tee? Most of the results are for solid t-shirts and I'm unable to to use them for my creative work.

I accidently licensed photo #503392485, how do I unlicense it? 

Hi Sheena,I came across this post today as I was googling for what to do/who to contact when you've licensed the wrong image! This happened to me today for the first time in the past couple of years of using Adobe Stock and the 50+ images I've licensed so far.The image is https://stock.adobe.com/images/children-together-at-school/99365180 - is there any way you can remove it from my license history and credit me back? My trial period for Adobe Stock expired, I forgot to cancel it and have incurred a monthly charge. How can I find out how many assets I downloaded and if I cancel the plan now will I still be able to download any assests 'owed' to me?Thank you.

Hello,  I have a trial version of adobe stock (10 assets a month). When I visit the adobe stock website and I'm signed in to my account, it says I do not have a subscription but when I go to my account the plan shows up. I was using an audio in premiere pro and clicked the cart button but it says I have to buy a subscription or credit. Any help trying to figure this out?  Here's what shows up.  

I checked my payments and noticed I had been charged for the use of stock images I didn’t want, don’t need it and am not using. I have spent quite a while trying to find a contact number or other portal I could to contact the Adobe Customer Care / Billing team about this.  Given the money Adobe generates, I am very disappointed with the GUI’s you have set up.  It’s like you’re trying to frustrate your customers rather than help them. Anyone that can advise on who I can contact to sort this out, before I give up and pass to Trading Standards and Which UK?

Hi! I am trying to cancel a free trial I received by Stock, but didn't realize that I had to pay a fee because it was a yearly, monthly purchase?! It was supposed to be free and in a couple days I am getting charged but I cannot afford anything! I tried to buy a license for a photo and didn't receive the license even though adobe has withdrawn money from me twice! Please I want the license and a refund (as you withdrew money twice for the same license). 

I purchased on 27th of april a teams license from a reseller (I don't know if authorized or not, it is called RiseKeyShop). after less than a month my license appears to be expired. basically I believe it was simply activated a one month trial version, but this is not verifiable in any way from the account information lacking of administrator permissions. Greetings, downloaded two AI files from Adobestock and can't open either one of them in CorelDraw (X7).I have never had this problem before but am now being told there is a problem reading the file.  Trying to importing either as an EPS does not work either.All assistance vastly appreciated. I find the adobe audio stock library badly tagged. When I search for music for instance 'gritty' or 'sad' I get so many results that have been tagged with these but are upbeat and happy. Anybody else find this problem, I used to have an Epidemic Sound subscription and the search/catergories were so well tagged. I don't think there is a solution...just needed to vent! But if you find a good way to navigate it let me know. 

Hi all,Is an adobe asset covered under a standard licence, that has been used in a video and posted to Youtube or Vimeo, limited to 500,000 views? Or since it is web/social media is it unlimited views? Seems like a bit of a grey area based on the wording in the screenshot below. A youtube video could be considered a broadcast, which is limited, or a social media/web upload, which is not limitted. Just want to make sure I am communicating accurate info to a client.Thanks

My company is submitting an article to a magazine that is being produced by another organization. Does our standard license (through our adobe teams subscription) allow us to include a few adobestock images with the written content to be printed in that magazine.? There will be less than 500,000 copies. I wasn't sure, since the magazine is produced by another organization. Would they need to own the license, or would our license cover that?

When I use an adobe stock image in a youtube video, how do I need to format the copyright?Can I put it in the description and if so, what is the exact format I need to use. I am also a little confused about licenses, can I use the standard license as long as the video in which I use the image does not have anywhere near 500,000 views? And say for example if the video gets 100,000 views, buy another license that does cover 500,000?
