Avoid using Adobe products these guys are abosolute sacmmers and will trap you by any means, i signed up for a trial of Adobe Stock and went to cancel the trial subscription before the trial end date and the cancel plan feature was "unavailable" so i could not cancel the plan before the trial end date which has forced me into a 12 month contract with a $200 plus cancaltion fee.

I need to cancel an adobe stock subscription but I'm not able to find the account where the subscription is enabled from.I do have the debit card account information where the charges are taking place.I would like l cancel this subscription as soon as possible. If I could get assistance for this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a loyal Adobe customer and paying for Adobe Creative Cloud for about 3 years now. Last month I decided join also Adobe Stock Photos annual subscription - 10 "free" images / 1st month.Today the payment for the next month was issued and no problem with that, I kept downloading images when I needed them. But when I wanted to download another photo, I didn't see it was written "Premium", and clicked on it ONCE, since I was sure I still have downloads within my subscription. IMMEDIATELY a payment of 609.99 EUROS was sent to my PayPal, which is connected to my bank account. I tried to cancel it immeditely, but it doesn't have the "Cancel" button. It is basically a SCAM, since you're not allowed to double check what you're paying for.I opened a refund case on PayPal, will see how it goes, but I WON'T leave it like that. What kind of reputation Adobe wants to have???!!!!

I'm new to all o fthis. I'm creating a pitch deck for my start-up. I  subscribed to the free trial and want ot download 10 images (cocoa beans!). Can I use these in a pitch deck i would send by email to a potential investor? I do not intend to put it on our website or otherwise place it on social media.  Thanks.

Hello,   I was browsing through your 'Free' stock images assuming they'd all be public domain. However, I noticed that they all seem to have the 'Standard License', which to my understanding means they can't be used in a commercial project (in this instance a book that would be commercially available).   The part I'm confused about is there doesn't seem to be any way of licensing these free images on an Enhanced or Extended license - is that correct? If there is a way, how would you get the different license?   Thanks for your help    

Hi. I am really annoyed that my Adobe Stock automatically renewed yesterday. I had contacted Adobe in Oct/Nov to cancel a subscription I accidedentally subscribed to when trying to buy just a few individual images. They made some agreement to get me to the end of last years subscription. It is very unfair to the customer that you cannot put an end date for your subscription in advance, that there has to be an auto renewal. I have Adobe CC and that is enough for me. I need to cancel Adobe stock without incurring a charge. I understand I can cancel within the first 14 days free of charge but it is showing up that they will charge me €202.I also really object to companies that do not have a good means to contact to customer service. A chat box where you can actually chat to a person and not a robot would be helpful. Please advise how I can end my subscription without a charge.

I was browsing photos and thought I clicked the 'save preview to library' button to reference a photo later, but when I went back to the library, I saw that it had been licensed. Would you mind crediting back the license for image #100580786 in my account please? I have not downloaded it. Many thanksJK

Dear Adobe Support Community, I have put together two music videos using video clips under the Extended licenses from the https://stock.adobe.com/uk/free/video Adobe Stock site and I am ready to upload to YouTube. I have clicked on the license button on each clip to accept the Extended license. Before completing the final step of uploading my videos to YouTube, I would like to check that I fulfill the Adobe T&Cs. The music video has been created by chopping up video clips and joining parts together to form a much larger video. The video contains a logo and song title (with opacity set) over the top of the video footage towards the bottom of the left hand side of the screen, obscuring a small portion of the footage throughout the entirety of the video. In additional to acting as a music video, the work will be promotion for my music. My first question is, can I use the stock video in this way? https://stock.adobe.com/uk/license-terms As an audiovis

Hi,I want to purchase a stock video on Adobe stock and I see 5 options for playback speedness:0.2, .05, 1, 2 and 5x. I can choose a speedness on the Adobe stock site. But how to adjust the playback speed of a stock video after downloading it? Is this only possible after purchasing a product or is there a possiblity after downloading a preview? I just started using adobe and I'm trying to save templates for premier pro from stocks, but everytime I download it doesn't save my assets. I have nothing in my library on stocks or cc and I have not used weird characters for my library. I'm so confused on what to do.

Hi there, In trialling the 10 images for free offer, I seem to have inadvertently licenced two images when I thought I was just previewing them! The images are: #313568630 and #301044458 I believe I only ended up downloading the first one, which I can delete. Please can I have this charge removed as I wasn't clear that I was paying for the image, I misunderstood and thought it was included within the 10 images offer 😞 Many thanks!Kelly

Haven't been able to access my license history only recieve an error. There is a JavaScript error in the code. Unfortunately customer service is garbage and I can't get past anyone other than a person is cut and pasting canned responses. Been bounced around multiple times being told the same troubleshooting. The link does not work.  If someone on the technical side just look at code YOU WILL SEE THE ERRORS. At this point I'm about to use up my current assets and cancel the service. 

I don't know what the term "standard assets" means.If I buy the plan with 10 standard assets a month, does that mean I can download 10 images?Help me understand.

This topic has been posted quite a few times, but none seem to have worked for me. For some context I just started using Adobe Premiere Rush and was trying to save an asset from stock for a project. But whenever I went to save it to my library there was a pop-up saying, "Could not save asset into your library". I cannot download (buy) photos, I have 4 points for not a limited time and I cannot use them? Who do you have to ask to be able to use the purchased points? Please help.

I am unable to save assets to existing libraries and I'm unable to create a new library. Currently working on a six month old Mac mini and in a chrome browser – which is where I've consistently and successfully worked with assets before...  What is the latest on this fix, I don't see anything posted since May 2021?
