Hey Unfortunaltely something happened and i wronly purchased a Premium resource. The download and purcahse could not be cancelled so i am trying out to figure how we migt cancel that purcahse and download another image. We did not use it no wont use it and ensure the deletion. It is this image251660259What can we do about this accident? Hopefully we can get help.

My account was transferred from personal to Enterprise. It would appear that during that transfer an unwanted PAYG Adobe Stock account was created which nobody uses. I have called Adobe about this in the past but it is still there 7 months later. How do I get this removed permanently?

Hi there,I want to use some of the Free Adobe stock images inside a book that will be self published and be under 500,000 copies. I understand the Free images are under the standard license. I just want to confirm that I am ok to use these images inside a book as I can only see references to book cover usage.Also, is there a restriction on how many free images I can download and use?Thanks for your helpHelen

i want to download assets on adobestock but i can't, it's paid... even though i still have 39 more asset download credits to be able to download

For the last 6 months I've been having issues loading the adobe stock website to download photos. Not only myself, but my colleagues cannot access this as well. Can someone help me fix this irritating problem? It's something I need access to weekly.   

Is there any support or remedy if an image is described as seamless, but in fact is not. I purchased a "seamless pattern" that isn't seamless on any side and I'm not happy about it as it was for fabric. 

Hi.I started the Adobe Stock trial subscription and it automatically moved to monthly charges. I had no idea it was an annual plan and had no intention of subscribing to this and certainly not for a year. I paid 3 months of this subscription without using it and without realizing it. Now I do have to leave it and the cancellation page says I will be charged another 146 €.I hope we can find a solution. 

Hi I have accidentially hit license on an asset and got it but I don't want it, how can I reverse that?

Aktionen in seine Filiale zu bewerben (Audrucke als Poster etc.). Genügt hierfür eine einfache Lizenz oder benötigen wir die erweiterte Lizenz? VG

To any of the Adobe Support Team here I hope we can flag these type of descriptions for some of the materials. I understand that these are actual words to describe a visual but there might be some other way to describe it. "Big" "fat" "chubby" words that can ultimately have a negative connotation especially when we want to promote body positivity and inclusion as well. Let's support all body types with out offending them.

Have cleared cache multiple times, refreshed DNS, signed in & out multiple times, (from the Adobe Stock site and Creative Cloud Desktop App). Tried on Firefox, Firefox Developers Edition, Chrome, Vivaldi, MS Edge & Safari and no matter the time of day searches take far too long, when trying to download licenced images/vectors... I am having to reload the page multiple times. Keep getting 502 Bad Gateway Ngnix errors. All other websites work properly and at normal speeds.

I am very new to this and wanted to ask if it is possible to remove the trim line & safety margin or what use this has because when we'll send it out to print it, it would be seen on the flyer, wouldn't it? I have and work for an online art gallery with my husband. I’ve bought a standard licence for some 80 assets that are used for the purpose of this online shop, as an individual. The pictures were bought for the gallery and the invoice issued for my VAT no.Soon, the same gallery for which I’ll continue working will be operating under my husband’s economic activity. Can we keep on using all the pictures for the same purpose in our online gallery/shop? Can we just change details of the account to the another person?

If it does't come with an extended licence, then how we can add/buy an extended licence to a free image? (images that are free to download from adobe stock photos not necessarily the free trial offer images).Thanks in advance.

Ich selber binde auch keine Produktwerbung in meine Videos mit ein. Ist es möglich, dass ich adobe-Bilder im Rahmen der Standardlizenz in diesen Videos verwende?  Es sind auf keinen Fall Aufrufe in Höhe von z.B. 500.000 Klicks zu erwarten, sondern lediglich weit darunter (im Regelfall weit unter 10.000).  Über eine konkrete Antwort würde ich mich freuen. Viele Grüße, Stefan 

Hi, I am considering purchasing some images but am wondering how the 'Credit packs' work?  I cannot seem to find any helpful/appropriate advise on the main web pages. If I want to purchase a particular image e.g 176880033, how can I tell how many credits it is worth? Are some images more expensive than others? Or is that not how it works?  Tyia John

Assests downloaded from the Free Collection - can I use them without attribution? (I will be using them for a school printed publication that is distributed for free (not for sale). A copy of the print publication may be loaded on the website as well.
