Hi, I have a Creative Cloud membership and I am using Adobe Creative Cloud Express to create content I am selling to my clients. I would like to use the images provided by Adobe Stock within the Adobe Creative Cloud Express app, but I am not sure if I have the right to use them in the projects I am selling? For example, I would like to create Instagram posts with Adobe Stock images and some other design elements and texts. Since these images are incorporated into my designs, am I allowed to use them? I already read the Adobe Stock license and it says : With a standard license, you may not «create merchandise, templates, or other products for resale or distribution where the primary value of the product is associated with the asset itself. For example, you can't use the asset to create a poster, t-shirt, or coffee mug that someone would buy specifically because of the asset printed on it.» So, in the case of a social media post, does this apply? I bought an image but looking closely there are these weird shapes which looks a bit weird when printed. I cannot use this image #339059941. How do you get credited?

Tengo la duda porque estoy buscando un banco de imágenes para empezar a trabajar de diseñadora gráfica y veo que Adobe Stock tiene una licencia estándar, una mejorada y otra ampliada, pero no entiendo todas las diferencias entre las licencias (aun habiendo leído la página de Información de licencias de Adobe Stock) y no sé qué licencia necesitaría para el uso que le voy a dar a las imágenes que compre. Mi intención sería crear nuevas imágenes fusionando varias fotografías, no utilizar directamente las que descargara, sin modificar, para venderlas tal cual aplicadas a productos como tazos o camisetas.No encuentro una dirección de correo para preguntar directamente al servicio de Adobe Stock y por eso publico la pregunta aquí. Hi there, I am trying to cancel my adobe stock subscription that I no longer need, I wanted to try out the free trial but I wasn't sure when It was supposed to end so I missed and got charged twice on my bank account (???) now when I want to end my subscription they are telling me that It will come with and 200e cancelling fee, I don't get it why I have to pay extra fee to cancel something I wanted try out. So to summarize It, I tried out Adobe Stock out of curiosity, forgot to cancel before the end of the trial and got charged for the month (that's on me), after that, I saw that I have been charged a second time in the same month which makes no sense and to top It off if I want to cancel the subscription I will be charged 200e (???), as student who as a very limited budget and who just wanted to try it out Adobe Stock I am very disappointed by the procedures.
I just notice my piled up Stock Assets were completely removed, assumingly in Decemmber when my subscription was automatically renewed. Is this actually a thing you implented, Adobe? This is absolutely ridiculous. Your customers literally pay you every month for these assets, and at the end of the year, you just reset and remove my leftover and PAID FOR ASSETS? Did I miss something? This must be a joke, or did I overlook something?

Am I the only one that thinks Adobe is the one bad apple in the bunch when it comes to customer experience; when looking for stock images I was impressed the broad quality except it seems this was achieved by sacrificing taste as in the stock photos depicting child sexual slavery, example being the stock image; "Wrong Company" very ironic name. Seems this company is on a 12 hour comedy loop and not actually interested in running a "growing" business.
On my "Christmas has passed but I dont care its all so pretty" quest for the perfect set of Christmas lights, I attempted to license a transparent background EPS file (FILE #: 290594562) but to my dismay, when I went to open it, I discovered I had accidentally licensed a JPEG only file. I was first and foremost disgusted, but also confused because I know my settings were set to always download the EPS version instead of JPEG, so upon further investigation, I found that the creator has a completely seperate file for only JPEG (FILE #: 290580563) . This is beyond me for so many reasons, a few being A. Why would you have a seperate file when theres the option to download JPEG or EPS in one file?? but even more so, B. Why would anyone want a checkerboard background JPEG in the first place considering its utterly USELESS?? Anyway, back on topic... what do I do with this (really driving this point home) useless thing???
Ich habe am 23.12.2021 ein Abo abgeschlossen (erstes Monat frei "free trial", dann monatliche Zahlung). In der Beschreibung wurde versprochen, wenn Kündigung während des ersten Monats, werden keine monatlichen Zahlungen fällig. Ich habe nun heute, 09.01.2022, also während des ersten Monats gekündigt. Wie kann ich sichergehen, dass keine monatlichen Zahlungen fällig werden? Es gibt dazu keine Infos in den FAQs und kein Support ist erreichbar!!

io non volevo rinnovare il mio piano, l'ho fatto già per sbaglio in passato con il fishing di 10 immagini gratis in un mese e poi la fregatura di dover pagare per un anno! Adesso lo hanno rinnovato, per cancellarlo devo pagare più di 200 euro, fino a quando continueranno a rubarmi i soldi della carta di credito??? Non voglio pagare l'abbonamento di un anno intero per la cancellazione di un servizio che non ho richiesto!!!! qualcuno puo aiutarmi?
I tried to license (purchase) an audio track within Premiere Pro, in the Essential Sound window.It shows me a price of $3.99 CDN, after which I click purchase, then encounter an error: "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to license the Music Track. Continue to the Adobe Stock website to finish licensing." I tried this process a few times, all encountering the same error. However, was charged 5 times. I called support and got them refunded, however, I cannot get the licensing to work within Premiere Pro.

I have an email confirming the cancelation of my account on February 7th. I was still charged on the 8th and that's why I called to get my refund. I was told I would receive my refund and I still have yet to receive it. This has taken way too long. Can I please get the refund I was told I would get.Thank you!Anne-Marie
Hi The Photoshop forum gets the questions about why they cannot open an image of currency that they have purchased from Adobe Stock, and we have to tell them that Photoshop includes a counterfeit deterrence system (CDS) that prevents the use of the product to illegally duplicate banknotes. I've just now answered another such question. My question here is: why does Adobe Stock permit images of currency that can be counterfeited? Can they be removed from the site? Hello. I have tried to reach an Adobe representative via chat 2x in the last 12 hours - with no luck. I accidentally licensed Adobe stock #407179140 early this morning (01/06/2022). I do not need this product and I will never use it. Can something be done about this? Can you reverse this accidental license? Thank You.
I have tried to cancel my Adobe stock trial subsription before expiry but did not succeed with instructions given on Adobe website. Therefore I sent an e-mail to trials@adobe.com asking to cancel my subscription before the trial period ends. Nothing happened, expiry date has passed and now I'm being charged for service I don't need. I don't want to pay for the service because I did my best to cancel before end of trial period and also informed Adobe about the problems in cancelling from website before the trial expired. How can I end the trial and avoid the cancellation fee?

Hello,I want to use an image in a social post and add the correct image credits. In the FAQs, you say that the image credits are provided in the IPTC field. On https://stock.adobe.com/de, I cannot see the IPTC field. Can you please indicate where to find it?Thank you
Can I post photos posted on Adobe stock to other sites such as "PIXTA"? Is it prohibited? If prohibited, is it a breach of contract?

I cancelled my free trial through the online portal with days of starting it. Adobe never cancelled it. Now they have charged me two more months and say I am locked into a contract. I should have never been charged in the first place. When I try to deal with the online agent to cancel, they say I can't get a refund because it didn't cancel and keep trying to sell me other products instead of just cancelling my subscription and refunding me the charges that should not have been made.
I created a subscription of Adobe Stock on beginning of December try it and forget about it. Today I realize, that I do not want it and generated the password for the account for first time to cancel it, but i cant, It can be done only two days ago and I forgot to cancel it because of Chrismas time.. Is there any way to cancel it now without paying a year subscription? I do not use it and the money was not taken down from my card because I use Revolut one time card for every internet purchase..
