Trying to get in to Adobe Stock and keeping getting this below...Anybody having similar issues?

The online webpage for Adobe Stock doesn't seem to be working at all, there's just a blank page with connection failure whenever I try to click through to Stock from Adobe Creative Cloud homepage. When I try to search for it manually (on Ecosia) it shows:   Error 503 Service Unavailable Service Unavailable Varnish cache server   Please advise on what's going on!

Hi I am also recieving an error message everytime i try to licence an image. could you help me too please?

I just cancelled my subscription and the experience was less than good (in other words bad). I told the cancellation department (yes there's a department just for cancellations) I wanted to cancel my subscription. A good customer service experience would have been "OK, I'll cancel it." However, the response was more argumentative in nature. After finding out that the reason I wanted to cancel was because I couldn't find any images I could use, the representative proceeded to “remind” me that I had downloaded 10 images. Basically saying, "If you couldn't find any images you wanted to use, why did you download images?" Then it got more confusing when he tried to upsell me, saying that he'd offer me 3 months for free. This didn't really make any logical sense as I had already told him I wanted to cancel because I couldn't find any images. I recently purchased Extended Licenses for two different images. I downloaded PDF copies of the invoice so that I could show my client I licensed the images for them. (I was hoping to get an actual copy of the license agreement, not just an invoice, but apparently Adobe Stock doesn't do that.) Both invoices show the wrong product number purchased...they both show a product number for an image I have never purchased. I need the invoices to show I purchased the Extended License for the correct product numbers. I contacted Customer Service chat to help me correct this, and they were completely unhelpful. The agent just kept telling me to download the invoices again. I kept explaining that the product numbers were wrong on them, but they did not help me correct the issue. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone know what to do about it? 

As stated in the title i am getting thsi with my acount. I have tried everything, cleared cache relogged and restarded the browser. Nothing seems to work and i can not contact anyone on the weekend for help.really upset about lack of support there is on weekends.

Can you please help me out with this issue?Could I subscribe an Adobe Stock license that allows me to include a picture of yours in a more complex logo to be registered as a trademark in Europe?

I somehow accidentally licensed a stock graphic. I am not even entirely sure how because it's not something I would ever be interested in. I did not download it & have deleted it from my library. Is there a way to "return"/cancel the license? ID# 211953471 Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!!

I licensed an AI infographic file that I thought looked great but opening it in the latest version of AI on MacPro the graphic looks horrible. I can't tell if it's something I have done? I have attached 2 images: one which is what it should look like from the stock page then a screenshot of what I get. Thanks!  

I was downloading all my purchased images directly to my laptop. I want to now add them all to my Creative Cloud libraries. I can login to my account and see all the images i have purchased but i do not see a way to select them all and "download" them to my library. Right now i have to click each image, download it to my library, and move on to the next one.surely there is a way to bulkize this process, right?

Hello ASC, I have created a logo for a client using one of Stock's vector graphics. The graphic is literally a logo with a text indicating "Company". When I reviewed Adobe's Additional Term for the Extended license, I discovered the following note (boxed in red), which feels like conflicting information.Does it mean I can't use the graphic as a logo? Even though the graphic is a logo? Would love some clarification on this matter.

I'm a designer and I use many Adobe products and love them all but this experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I signed up for a 1 month free trial of Adobe Stock. I thought I had cancelled the free trial (I have multiple Adobe accounts so perhaps I was on another account OR perhaps the cancel button was removed as I have heard in some cases) but it turns out I had been paying for the subscription for two months without knowing. My bad... so I go to cancel the service as I hadn't used it at all.  I was then prompted to pay a $170 cancellation fee!!! When clicking the learn more link I was sent to a very generic cancellation page that didn't help explain anything. I then contacted customer service asking to cancel my plan. The rep I spoke to then tried to sell me on 3 months free if I stayed on my current plan... I said thanks but no thanks I have no use for the service. He is very pushy and tells me I am much better to go with the 3 months free and get somet

Hey there! We keep experiencing this weird bug, where licence history’s pagination won’t update the page’s contents past page 100, leaving a few hundred images completely inaccessible to us. Pages 1 through 100 work fine though. We’ve tried various browsers, VPNs and even a virtual machine without success.Any help would be appreciated!

Can I download two free standard licenses for one customer so that they can print one million poster copies instead of 500,000?

We are migrating our users from VIP for Teams to VIP Enterprise - Not ETLA. We are wanting to make use of the federated ID's. How would a user who has a federated ID, access the Adobe Stock for teams license / Images? Will the user be allowed to use both an Adobe ID and Federated ID?

I want to create a silly IMessage sticker pack using cut-out, edited images, using adobe stock images with the standard license. I see many other packs for sale that are made with cut out images and I can't imagine they made it without stock images. Thanks for your time.

So I just tried the Adobe Stock and downloaded what I thought was a style file for gradients. Apparenely this file is just a freaking photo or it is in .ai and unable to be uploaded as a style. My qestion is, does Adobe Stock have any style/overlay downloads or is this just a site where there are only images that are pretty much like a snag it from the web when it comes to this kind of file?  This is what I downloaded thinking it was a file I could addd ot my PS Cloud accont. I spent 2 hours with support trying to figure this out. If anyone has any better ideas please let me know. At this point, Stock is not somethig I think I want to pay for. what woudl be freaking amazing is to know that what file are compatible for the programs that I use.   [moderator deleted original stock asset.]
