Hi there,I accidentally just bought a Premium Image, I was trying to see how much credits it would take when I got a message saying that the image was licensed and a bill has been sent, I am in big trouble because this is my work account and I am not allowed to get purchases out of our credit. Hello, I too just had the unfortunate experience of accidentally licensing and image that I had no intention of licensing, only to find out that this quick action can't be undone. I would very much appreciate a credit for this unwanted image especially since I am now paying for the service. I am trying to cancel my subscription but i have 13 assests/credits. It says i will lose them if i cancel. Any other subscription i have ever had honours what you pay for. Eg: You pay for one month, you get one month. My direct debt went out a couple of days ago so i have a new credits... surely i should have until the end of the month to use them as that is what i paid for!!! So i cancel and i have wasted money. The phone number on the site doesn't work from Ireland and there is no email address. Will i get a refund if they don't honour what i just paid for??

Wenn ich das Abo abschließen will, kommt bei mir aber immer wieder die Fehlermeldung: "Leider ist ein Systemfehler aufgetreten. Wenn Sie innerhalb der nächsten Minuten keine E-Mail mit der Bestätigung Ihrer Zahlung erhalten sollten, versuchen Sie es bitte erneut oder wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst." Wie kann das sein, woher kommt das? Viele Dank im Voraus. LGPatrick
So my question is this: I have a library that is full (I spring between multiple projects) and when I want to try to save an asset to a specific library, I'm not given the chance to do so. The asset automatically tries to save to the last library (as you stated) and I receive a notice, "Could not save into [folder]" but I don't see anywhere to move this asset to the library I want it to go to.
Inadvertantly selected the disappearing/reapearing "license" button when trying to click on the thumbnail for more info. Now I've apparently licensed an asset that I never wanted. I hit the "x" in the download screen that appeared thinking that I'd cancel the "purchase." I was wrong. Apparently I licensed the image. How do I return/refund/cancel/give back the license? Seems like this has been a problem for a lot of people.
I accidentally licesned photo (#298943223) which I never wanted, is there anyway to revert this action? How do I cancel and give back the license? Thank you, Stefan
I've searched for an updated answer/easy way to return an accidental licensed image. Looks like this still hasn't been updated. I was scrolling through Adobe Stock and accidentally clicked on one of the thumbnail's license button. I don't want image (#322591189). I don't know how to return it, but i looks like most people comment through the boards, then receive a credit and are asked to delete the file. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope.
No se puede hacer el reclamo formalmente, Ojalá y alguién se digne en contestar, a mi también me cobraron de una suscripción erróneamente, qué puedo hacer?, o a quíen puedo acudir?.. esto es muy molestoso y lo peopr que nadie te da respuesta. Lo que sugiero es que bloqueen la tarjeta con lo que se hizo la transacción y poner la respetiva denuncia en el Banco emisor y sugiero no suscribirse por que no hay seguimiento ni respuesta técnica.

I am an annual subscriber and licenced a video earlier this week. I assumed it was part of the package and am horrified to have been charge £57 without any warning at any point in the process. I really do think it would be worth having a warning before proceeding with licencing as I see along trail of other users have made the same error. As it turns out we will not be using the clip in our current project and would be grateful if you woulkd refund me that cost of this asset. Thanks in advance, R

Hi, I started a free trial with a new email account. I failed to note the passwort for this email account and therefore can not log in to see the code that I need to log into new adobe trial account. There I can not chancel my trial after 4 weeks. I got billed in the meanwhile and NEED a way out of this dilemma. There is no chance for me to get access to the email account with which I started the free trial. Adobe billed me for: STKS,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUE,001,N/A What is this exactly and how can I get out of this deal, that I never accessed? thank you for you help, I couldn´t find any other way to contact Adobe about this. Adobe Stock has free images, there is just the option to license it for free, no extended license or plus license. Am I allowed to use this free photos for Products like T-Shirts or Mugs? Regards
I have CC through the university I work for. Adobe stock is not part of the plan and if I try to set it up it tells me I can't. Is there any way I can personally subscribe for Adobe stock and use it on my company's account? I don't want to have to personally pay for Premier Pro etc as I get to use them through my work account.
Hi.. for about a week now, Adobe stock has just simply stopped working. I am signed in to my account Ok. When I search for an image, it will NOT allow me to save to my libraries. I cannot buy an image through Illustrator and photoshop. I have to now log into my acount on the web browser, buy the image, and download it, and then open and drag into my libraries. So they have completely stopped working as they should. Is there any way of resetting everything so syncing can work again. Spent about an hour on online chat today and still go no where. Very frustrating as workflow has ground to a halt now.. Cheers if you have any ideas.
Hello,I've looked everywhere for an answer to my question on these forums but haven't quite found an answer. I want to check at what exact stage do I need to purchase the extended licence please. My website is an online retail store and the viewership is below 500k. Can I purchase just a standard licence for purposes of advertising a product mockup on my website? The product is not yet a physical product but the image is used as the main selling image on the product in the mockup. Then once I sell that particular product and it needs to actually be manufactured then purchase the extended licence in order to use the image to produce the physical product? Kind of a little bit like a print on demand website I guess. Ideally it would make sense from a feasibility point of view if we could purchase the extended licence as the products sell. If you could please clarify this for me that would be greatly appreciated as we don't want to do the wro
He accidentally obtained a license for his photo (# 430248822). Is it possible to cancel it in some way?
I was making a purchase in adobe stock for an asset. When I clicked the purchase button, it said that an error occurred of some sort. I clicked the purchase button another time, then the same message showed until I clicked for the 4th time. However, when I checked my billing history, I was already charged 4 times for the same asset in different order numbers. I am asking for help on how I can get a refund on this matter because I lost about 11-12 thousand pesos in total for just a single asset worth 3,998 Philippine pesos.
On the website, my Libraries are showing a numeric value, and a poster of thumbnails. When I click in, it shows an empty page, and at the top says "0 items (10 total)". Which strongly implies some kind of filtering. I have not applied any filtering I'm aware of. The same Libraries appear with contents in the Libraries panels in Creative Cloud and other CC applications. So it seems to be a glitch on the website for my particular set. If I create a new Library and add items, including items that are in the "non-showing" libraries, then they all show up fine. And if I add an item to a "non-showing" Library, that is already in the Library, it adds it, and that one item shows up on the website. Anyone else seeing this?
Hallo,ich möchte die Zahlungsmodalitäten für mein Adobe Stock Abo ändern, das Abo ist aber in der Kontoverwaltung nicht auffindbar, weder nach Anmeldung über meinen Adobe Stock Account, noch nach Betätigung des Links in der Abo-Verlängerung-Bestätigungs-eMail. Das Abo wurde vor einiger Zeit von Fotolia auf Adobe Stock übertragen. Bitte um Hilfe.
